Monthly Rentals in Penge

The location of the flat was very convenient for taking the trains to central London. The flat was very clean, spacious, and well organized. The washer/dryer machine was really great for an extended vacation stay. The host was super helpful and made sure everything was going great with the stay. We very much recommend staying at this flat in the greater London area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dainius’s place. It was convenient, quiet, comfortable, clean and well provisioned. For those who have difficulty with stairs this would not work for them as there are several floors and they are steep. We are in good shape so not a problem at all. Otherwise a fantastic place to call home when visiting London!

This place is amazing! For anyone second guessing if they should book… don’t. It’s even bigger than it looks, it’s beautiful and unique and everything is comfortable, the beds, the sofas, the interior etc. it’s amazingly maintained and clean and it feels really personable to you rather than it feeling like you’re staying in someone’s home.. Mark: the owner, is lovely, friendly and welcoming and made himself easily contactable and available. The huge church window centrepiece is breathtaking and it was an absolute pleasure staying here. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100 🙏🏻😊

Tylie is such a kind and welcoming host — communication was smooth from start to finish, and her place made for a truly lovely stay. I had family visiting from the States, and they felt completely at home. The flat was spotless, beautifully kept, and just across the street from the stunning Crystal Palace Park. Plus, the transport links made getting around super easy. Highly recommend!
