Johnny’s place was simply amazing. Quiet and friendly town. The house is well stocked and extremely clean. We felt safe all the time. It’s the perfect get away if you want to spend some family time. Johnny is a great host, always willing to help and to assist us with questions and good recommendations. We would like to return again.

2 bedroom with a fireplace & Sleeping porch.

We brought our new baby and 5 year old for a weekend of rock climbing adventure. Barbara’s place was so cozy and clean, just what we needed after long days outdoors. We went during Fall when the leaves were just starting to change and Barbara’s house perfectly captured the magic of the season with autumn decor throughout—even the towels and bathroom were fall themed. It felt like we were in a fairytale. Each morning our generous host greeted us with baked goods that were super tasty—so special for our 5 year old. It was a wonderful stay and I cannot wait to return. This place has everything you could hope for and I’m so grateful we found it. Thank you Barbara!

HIKE Seneca Rock/Spruce Knob Game Room, WIFI, Cozy

This was a nice place to stay, it has a very nice view and easy access to the main road. It also had good size parking for all vehicles which we usually struggle with. We also got a quick response to a concern we had. And Even tho our trip was cut short we enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend staying here.

The Cozy Cottage

The Airbnb was impeccably maintained, and its rustic charm harmonized beautifully with the surrounding natural landscape. The hosts were extremely hospitable, and they ensured that every detail—from the listing exceeded expectations. Not only was the cabin secluded enough to provide serenity, but it was also conveniently located near scenic hiking trails and charming local eateries. 10/10 would stay again.

Wheaton House, LLC.

This place is awesome for rest and relaxation. So big and so many rooms, all family members can enjoy themselves. Kitchen well stocked, room for kids to play outside. Just a lovely home. You must go to town and interact with the people of Franklin, WV, 12 miles down the road. The friendliest people in America.
A stately Victorian home features a light-colored exterior with multiple gabled roofs and large windows. The inviting front porch is supported by white columns and framed by neatly trimmed hedges and landscaping. A spacious lawn extends beyond the house, showcasing the surrounding area.

Future Generations University Guest House

Growing up and visiting Franklin I always wanted to go inside these beautiful main street houses. The house was beautiful and clean. The rooms were very large which was perfect for my family. We were all visiting for a wedding. My only complaint that others may consider when booking: There is only one bathroom downstairs which is inside of another bedroom. The tub in that bathroom was challenging for my 80 yr old father and 96 yr old grandmother. There are walk in showers but only on the second and third floors.
