Amazing short weekend stay! Great location- having the playground and the beach within walking distance was fantastic for the kiddos! Elaine had so many included amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kates' place. As an Airbnb host, I am a good judge of a place to stay. This one gets 5 stars.. The house and views can not be beat. We had everything we needed including kids toys to play with in the sand. The downstairs was a great spot to get away from the sun and wind and grill out.. We had a family of six with one 2 year old plus two dogs. There was lots of space to spread out and for the kids and dogs to run around. The fenced in porch and underneath the house were great with the dogs. I especially enjoyed the "fish bowl" (bedroom with windows on all sides) room on the beach side. All the windows were great and this room was the designated nap room for anyone who wanted to rest and be beach front. My son and his wife had a date on their private ocean front balcony. Kate was great with the communication, checking in on us via email. We recommend this house to others. We hope to stay there again. Susan and Jeff

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Wilmington, NC. The house was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic—close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The home itself is beautifully decorated and felt like a true getaway. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, everything was just perfect. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located place in Wilmington.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Our family of 4 had a great stay kicking off our Spring Break. We traveled with 2 adults, an 8 yr old and 1.5 yr old. The place was great for the older child. We got lots of use out of all the games and activities provided. The location was central to everything, beach and downtown. The home was cozy and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Pamela’s place was perfect! Exactly as pictured. The darts and air hockey were a great way to spend family time together. Loved the layout of the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and located near many shopping areas.

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).
