Vacation rentals with a patio in Pender County

Excellent place. Right by the college for my fire training. Wednesday and Thursday I barely heard the bar. Friday and Saturday night was karaoke so a little louder and quality of singers varied as at any karaoke night. 🤣🤣🤣 Everything else was perfect. Stocked kitchen. Was able to cook breakfast and dinner. All around wonderful place and will be back.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed every minute in this apartment. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. It's very close to several shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We already want to go back.

Stacey was super responsive to all messages--before and after booking, and during our stay! The condo was clean and a great layout for a couple to enjoy. There are a combo of regular and pocket doors to make it work for a party of more than two. The kitchen is beautiful and convenient. There are many comfortable seating options in the living room and wonderful balcony. The view, grounds, and beach are very beautiful and we very much enjoyed our FIRST visit to coastal NC! Mid-October found the ocean and pool (still open!) chilly but we got in both on the warmest days of our stay. We loved being able to walk a mile down the beach to Daddy Mac's Beach Grille. We walked down the road to High Waters Bar and Grill one day and wished there were more sidewalks. Both places were great for dinners.

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Sabine was very easy to communicate with, and we loved the place. Beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet (except for the soothing ocean wave sounds)! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

Enjoyed Easter weekend here ! My pup and husband were fans of the porch and i loved the location !

This house was the perfect size for our family getaway in a great location! We were only steps away from enjoying the beach all day. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. We were there for a wedding and the beach was close one way and the wedding venue was close the other way Family was in the middle of it all. Very peaceful

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Great place conveinently located beaches not far, back yard very nice a plus for warmer days and cooler nights undernethe the fire pit all in all a very great expeirence beds very comfortable as well.

Casa de la Costa is such an amazing home. The entrance of home felt like an Italian villa upon arrival. The interior design perfectly captures mid century modern. Perfectly clean bathrooms. The king size bed was comfortable for me and my 6’4” husband. And the dock was great for fishing. The home was perfectly central for our stay as we had plans to visit Wilmington, Surf City, and Carolina Beach. I can’t express enough how we felt right at home. Highly recommend 10/10.

Our stay at Sherry’s place was really perfect. The decor was bright and clean! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom and shower were nice and the bed very comfortable! Sitting on the porch and seeing the beautiful green ocean all the time is so soothing. We saw many sea birds including the visiting red throat loons which will be migrating soon. We saw dolphins every day. A quick walk to the beach and you see stunning sunrises. There is plenty to do during the day. The beach, Serenity Point, a walk over the bridge, Sound Side Park to see a beautiful sunset. We also were able to take day trips to Wilmington River Front, Airlie Gardens (a must) and Fort Fisher Aquarium. A tour of The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation supports the wonderful work they do there which is near ad dear to my heart. Our days were busy but we looked forward to returning to the condo and having a glass of wine on the porch and an evening walk on the beach. We will unquestionably be coming

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

Went to visit our son stationed at Camp Lejeune. Close to base but far enough away our son felt like it was a weekend away for him. He had his own space and was able to relax while we cooked homemade meals in the beautiful kitchen. Very friendly neighborhood and a nice peaceful location; but close enough to everything and multiple beaches. Carey was a courteous host to the point of letting us know condo was available earlier if we wanted to check in. Something that was extremely helpful since we did get into the area earlier. Plan on visiting our son many more times and would definitely stay here again.

This stay was a peaceful getaway from the daily grind. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, with the sound and view of the ocean. The location is great, we were able to walk down to Highwaters Bar and Grill the first night. There are several good restaurants and plenty of shopping available within walking distance, as well as the pier about a mile down the road. The surf is rough, the waves are bigger than the ones I'm used to in the Outer Banks and St. Augustine/Jacksonville. It made for a fun time, but just take note of that if you're used to calmer seas. Margaret was responsive when we got confused about the linens (they're in the tub out front), the home was clean, and there were many amenities. Overall, we had a great, relaxing time!

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

This is our 3rd stay at Whale of a Good Time and each time it is like going home. Comfortable rooms, welcoming atmosphere. We feel comfortable the minute we walk in and are sad to leave when our stay is over!!

Sureshs place was beautiful We love staying at The Surf but this was our first time staying in her condo and we plan to return Loved the layout and the open space feeling This is on the third floor so there is steps to take to get in so keep in mind if you have trouble climbing steps Packing light will help because the condo has everything you need The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean and spacious Can’t wait to return !!
