Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in a prime location. Alicia is very friendly, responsive she also helps us with an early check-in. The view from the room is also stunning and it is located in a strategic spot, near malls and hospitals. Highly recommended!😊

our stay at PT Homestay is good apart from the busy lifts during checkout between 11am to 12pm. Took us more than 30min to get to the ground floor from the 22nd floor. This is the only negative review I would say about PT Homestay. The apartment is great and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and is very convenient to get to places. The host is great at responding and the check-in is easy and straight forward.

Great apartment, close enough to but far enough away from the hustle of bussle of George town. Some great hawkers nearby which we used daily for breakfast.

The unit is sparkling clean and I those family and sure will come back again.like the wall decoration much. We are family comfortable to stay here. Host also shared some food tips to us that is plus point. Will highly recommended.

Host is quick to act if guests have problems

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

there is a 24hours supermarket near the apart. the room was great , very clean, beautifull view on the balcony and very aesthetically pleasing! greatly appreciate host responsiveness. Thankyou so much! highly recommend , will come back again

Good place to stay in Penang with it's reasonable price.

Since I only stayed for one day, I didn’t get to know much about the surrounding area. It was raining when I was leaving, so I asked to check out a little later, and the host was very flexible about it. I think there might not have been towels, but all other amenities were provided, and overall it was a good stay.

We had an enjoyable stay right from the booking process. The place is easy to find, with clear instructions for a smooth check-in. The house is clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. Its strategic location makes it highly convenient, with easy access to various dining options, tourist spots, and shopping centers. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, ensuring a stress-free stay. our stay here is amazing, the ACs were very cool - this is so important because penang weather is extremely hot and humid. The feeling of coming back to a cold apartment from outside with hot and humid weather is the best feeling ever! location is very strategic for us as it was a walking distance to island hospital, sin nam huat, eng seng kuih kapit, wellings, AM PM, several hawker centre - all were our to go list during this trip and we just need to walk few mins to every places. I accidentally broke the shower and informed host immediately at midnight, he arranged the repair directly in the next morning and I just needed to pay to the repairman for the repair cost. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for the pleasant stay! check in instruction is very detailed with pictures, we loved the mailbox as we can leave the keys there so our group can just come back to the apt in different time without dealing on who can take the keys with them! all are just perfect for us!

숙소는 관리가 잘 되어있고 음식을 해 먹을수 있도록 그릇들과 양념들이 있어서 좋았어요. 호스트와의 연락시 빠른 피드백과 친절함에 감동했어요.

الشقة كانت أكثر من رائعة! واسعة جدًا، نظيفة، ومجهزة بالكامل بكل اللي تحتاجه، وتناسب جدًا عائلة صغيرة. المطبخ فيه كل الأدوات والمعدات، حتى أدوات المائدة كانت مخصصة للمسلمين، بالإضافة لسجادة صلاة، وهذا شيء نادر تلقاه. فيه ألعاب للأطفال، وهذا ساعد كثير في تسلية الصغار أثناء الإقامة. صاحب الشقة لطيف جدًا ومتعاون، يرد بسرعة على أي رسالة ويوفر لك كل المعلومات اللي تحتاجها، ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل اللي تهم الضيف. الموقع ممتاز وهادئ، والخدمات قريبة. أنصح فيها بشدة لأي أحد يزور بينانق، خصوصًا العوائل. وبإذن الله راح تكون خياري الأول لو رجعت للمدينة
