The best room I’ve ever stayed in the view was too DIEEEE FORR!!! Will be my go to condo when we come back

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

The studio was exactly what I needed for a short, peaceful getaway. It was perfect for 1–2 people. It was cozy, clean, and had all the basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap ready. The microwave and fridge were super convenient, and I appreciated having a broom to clean up after myself. Maryanna was kind, understanding, and responsive throughout the stay. Communication was smooth, and she made check-in easy. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

We have had an excellent time. The apartment is small, but well equipped, with everything we needed. The location was also great for us, who were driving. We stayed 3 days and we can only thank you

The apartment looks just like the photo, equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay; and the location was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.

Samantha was a fantastic host! She had great response time and was so sweet! The Airbnb is exactly as described, very close to the airport, restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would highly recommend and I would stay again, it’s the perfect space for a solo trip or couples!

The house was very clean and cozy. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were super comfortable we slept very good in this house. It's also a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book again.

I came to town for the F1 race and this was in a perfect location to pick up ppl at FFL and get to the race shuttle.

This place truly met all our expectations! It looked exactly like the photos—spacious and impeccably clean. The pool was fantastic, and we had a great time grilling, enjoying music, and each other's company by the water. The master bedroom's bathroom was phenomenal; the shower alone was a dream and incredibly therapeutic. I spent a lot of time there, captivated by the multiple shower heads offering different angles. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. We were just 30 to 40 minutes away from the beach, depending on which one we wanted to visit, and Downtown Miami. Overall, this house was awesome, and I would absolutely return!

We arrived for four nights with our three children, the house is simply perfect, a truly dream vacation, a magical lake, a clean and pleasant pool, an exceptionally clean house, there is simply everything there, Beatrice is wonderful and takes care of everything, we will definitely come back again, highly recommend!

Lara was a WONDERFUL host! I will certainly be back to stay again. Lara was very timely and prompt in her communication. Although, early check in was not available upon the day of arrival, Lara did allow us to drop off our things prior to check in. She also gave us a tour of the home! We also loved the location of the home! As described, entertainment and malls were just as she stated, as far as time goes. The home was very clean and tidy. Pool heat add on was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this home and save her information for all future vacations here in Hollywood!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

A stunning little ‘designer’ apartment with everything you could possibly need! Super cute decor, everything fresh and clean. We loved sitting on the screened in porch watching and listening to the birds and the lovely trees and the sky as it changed color with each sunrise and sunset. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, so there was no loud traffic and everyone we ran into was super friendly and chill. Very comfy bed. Overall, we were super pleased to find this little jewel.

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

We had a fabulous stay- clean and lovely views. Only complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Frank was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Nice apartment on the beach with a gorgeous view. Just was super easy to get ahold of and helped us to check in early. 10/10 would recommend!
