The Peaceful Pig Pod. With countryside views.

Fed up with tents? Can't justify a motorhome? The Pig Pod is your answer! Situated on our working organic farm on our mini campsite adjacent to our shepherds huts. The Pig Pod is a warm and comfortable bedroom on our campsite including double bed, electric lighting, usb phone charging ports, a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge and table and chairs and outside picnic table. Please provide own bedding & towels, keeps price to minimum. Bedding/towels can be provided at extra cost.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Walking distance to the coast through leafy Cornish lanes - the south west coast path is 1 mile away. Bringing a Dog? Please get in touch when booking. After approval, pet fee applies (£45)

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Stylish and spacious upside down house with its own private patio. Large bedroom with king size bed and small sofa bed suitable for young children. Bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. Light, spacious open plan living room with dining table and well equipped kitchen. A comfy sofa next to the wood burning stove is great for cosy evenings. Wilton Mill Farm is set beautiful Cornish countryside with walks to Looe, Polperro and Talland Bay. Great local pub and shop are just a short walk away.

Large plump sofas, mattress that we think will be the comfiest your have used. Character stone walls & vaulted ceilings for space with everything you need.

The Little Blue Studio a peaceful retreat for two

This unique former artists studio is set in splendid rural tranquility perfect for that intimate getaway. Located just a few miles from the South Cornish coastline ideally situated within easy reach of the popular seaside towns of Looe Polperro and Fowey and sleepy estuary village , Lerryn. Enjoy this stylish studio with enclosed private garden. Fresh milk and a Cornish Cream tea will be waiting for you with our compliments . Rigorous cleaning and hygiene due to Covid 19 has been observed.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Morwenna Cottage, Little Larnick

This beautiful country cottage is set in a idyllic, peaceful spot with glorious country views. Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the woods alongside the river, in about an hour. Explore where Beyond paradise is filmed. The picturesque village of polperro is a 10 minute drive away. There are many beaches to explore all within a short drive. Talland, Lansallos, naming a few ideal for children to explore. I do except up to 2 dogs at the property.

The Loft Studio. The Gate Cornwall

Luxury newly refurbished studio located within a former hotel, set with 4 acres of grounds with plenty of parking. The studio comprises of a Kingsize bed with 400 thread count linen, luxury ensuite with Bramley toiletries, balcony with sweeping countryside view and a balcony bath! There is a small kitchenette for cooking light meals including a 2 ring hob, mini oven, fridge and belfast sink, Nespresso machine and kettle. Plus a hairdryer and Samsung smart TV.
