Monthly Rentals in Pelotas

The apartment is well located, close to markets, bakeries, museums, squares, central market, cafeterias, restaurants, snack bars.... Everything was fine, hot shower, well ventilated. The only negative point is the stairs, as it is on the 5th floor sometimes it would get tiring up. When we return to Pelotas, we will stay in the same apartment.

The apartment is new, modern and bright, in a more secluded area, like a new neighborhood under construction. There are no restaurants, supermarkets or pharmacies nearby. We would stay here again.

Ana Paula was very solicitous from the first contact. It made things a lot easier because she gave me several tips. The apartment is well located, close to all relevant points of the city. Super recommend your stay. Hostess note 10.

Cozy loft, equipped with induction cooktop, set of pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, coffee portafilter (102 size) and may other stuff that I can't recall. Shower is good, with independent faucets for hot and cold water. It is possible to park inside the building and the remote to access it was provided with the apartment keys. Check-in and out was smooth, exactly how it was instructed by the host. Doormen were very kind and helped always when required. The building is located direct at una park, and in less than 15 min walking distance you will find everything you need: shopping mall, bakery, supermarket, cinema, pharmacy, etc.
