We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Lovely location very close to the sea and a 20 minute walk into Zante town. Great to have items like shower gel, soap, washing powder, water and juice provided.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Thank you so much, Bernadette and Rod, for great hosting! The experience was beyond all our expectations! The cabin is very clean and equipped with everything you need and beyond. The place is kid-friendly, Bernadette provides some toys games, and movies for the kids, as well as great sea wheels, to enjoy within the pool. The pool is clean and access to it is not easy for toddlers so it is safe. The view is stunning. From one side you get to see the mountains while from the other side you can see the sea. The cabin is in a rural and secluded place so it's just your quiet and great nature. The hosts give self-produced olive oil that upgrades every meal and salad you make. In addition, there are grapes growing up in the yard you can pick and eat. Bernadette and Rod are super nice and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

A well designed and situated house for a few families to relax. A few local Tavernas and beach 20 mins walk, apart from that it’s in the middle of the forest with views of the sea. A stunning retreat house. The house was like a five star hotel, natural, stylish and modern interior. I would not change a thing. You need a car to explore the wider area and for days out to areas with more life. We visited banana bay, zakynthos town, Laganas (for a boat hire trip). Locally Nikos taverna was great, we ate there twice. Thanks for a great holiday!

There are no comments when assessing the apartment. It is large and comfortable. The area allows for a peaceful rest. If you come by car, you will easily find a place to park. The most important thing: the sea. It is clean, warm and calm. You can swim in it if you go 100 meters from the shore then it gets deep. But that is not the problem. The sea currents sometimes push jellyfish into this bay, which you have to be very careful about. They are very large, very dangerous and there are a lot of them. If the weather is kind, they disappear from one day to the next and the sea is clean. If not, you have to drive to another beach 10-20 minutes away.
