The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

The entrance features a large wooden door framed by stone detailing. The door is surrounded by an elegant overhang, and a lantern is positioned above, providing lighting. A buzzer system is located to the left of the door, ensuring access to the building.

Karins Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Linz benötigten. Alles war super sauber, das Apartment liegt im Dachgeschoss, es ist absolut ruhig und hat einen tollen Ausblick in den Park. Wir haben die Dachterrasse sehr genossen! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der Hauptbahnhof ist super schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

É o lugar perfeito pra relaxar e desconectar da rotina. A casa é muito confortável, a anfitriã foi sempre muito gentil, e os arredores da casa tem paisagens lindas, excelentes locais pra caminhada e fica próximo (10min de carro) a restaurantes. Recomendo muito!
