On the 1st floor of the house, are situated three studios, one next to other, with bedroom and kitchen in the same place, with A/C and TV/SAT, bathroom with bath or shower and balconies with beautiful view of the beach and at only 150-200 mt from this.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Our apartment is part of a small block situated in an olive grove with a shared swimming pool. Close to Pelekas village which has bars, restaurants and shops. From the village square a minibus runs to the beach. 3 mins walk to nearest taverna. The swimming pool is located right next to the apartment block and is shared between the 7 apartments, its usually quiet.

The studio is located before MIRTIOTISSA beach wich is 10 minutes walk! Close by you'll find Spiros 97 taverna , Elia restaurant and forest coffee& bistro. Close by also is an beutiful monastery of Holly Maria! special for nature lovers ! restaurants, bus stop and mini market all with in 10 minutes walk!
