I have stayed in many places during my trips and this is one of my first time booking a room. I am absolutely pleased with the place. The minute I confirmed the reservation until my check out Sabrina was in contact to make sure everything was ok. The place was spotless clean for the room, balcony and toilet. She had a breakfast room for her guest and I really enjoyed having a nice cup of coffee in the morning. It really made my day. Thank you Sabrina! The place is exactly like the photos. Great privacy, quiet and no disturbance at all. Easy to find and get to with the detailed instructions given. Sabrina is a generous and honest person. When I arrived I was about to pay her for the tax but she told me it was included in the price. Some places charge you when you arrive. She offered to let me check out later because there was no booking that day. Which is a very kind gesture on her behalf. In conclusion, I wish to thank you for a pleasant stay Sabrina! We really like Gianfranco's house, who lives there, but he makes guests feel very comfortable. It's good to know that it's in Punta Sabioni and you can leave the car in front of the house. From there, it is a 7-minute walk to catch the boat to Venice, and the crossing takes about 35 minutes. The great advantage is that you don't have to carry a suitcase around Venice, and it's also more economical. Loved it, very convenient location to get to Venice island. The only thing I'd advice is to bring some of your own shower gel and shampoo some showers ran out of it, and also to bring waterproof slippers if you don't wanna feel icky when using the bathroom and toilet.
