Ахилеас е страхотен домакин, винаги усмихнат, посрещна ни добре и през цялото време беше на наше разположение. Апартаментът беше чист, има широка тераса с гледка към морето, леглата бяха много удобни и имаше всякакви удобства. Локацията също е много добра- близо до плажа и до центъра. Най-важното е, че домашният ни любимец беше добре дошъл и се чувстваше много добре. Бихме се върнали отново.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

La casa es preciosa. Muy acogedora. Excelente ubicación. Las indicaciones que la anfitriona proporciona son muy claras y fáciles de seguir. Ella es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente de lo que se necesita. Sin duda regresaré en alguna otra ocasión. 🤗🤗🤗

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Siamo stati nella splendida casa di Emmanuel per una settimana. La casa è funzionale, accogliente ed esposta in modo da godere di tramonti incredibili. Da tre delle quattro camere da letto ci si sveglia guardando direttamente il mare dalla finestra. Un sogno! Emmanuel è un host gentile e discreto. Ci ha fornito di tutte le indicazioni sulla casa e sulla zona… informazioni che sono tornate molto utili. Tutti i suoi consigli di spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni sono stati preziosi. Un alloggio molto consigliato. Il modo migliori per visitare questa zona della Grecia. È bene avere una macchina a disposizione per spostarsi perché la casa è immersa in una splendida foresta (e quindi lontana dal frastuono dei centri abitati)

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

Çocuklu iki aile olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Temizdi. Hem havuz hem denizden faydalanmış olduk. Eşyalar temiz ve yeterliydi. Merkeze ve denize yürüme mesafesinde olması avantajlı. Tavsiye ediyoruz 😊

Vicky’s villa exceeded all expectations and is hands down our favourite Airbnb stay-to-date. The property is in a very well-maintained private estate and surrounded by lush greenery and olive trees. With its elevated location, we were treated to spectacular sea views from sunrise to sunset and there’s plenty of spots all around the villa to enjoy these including the various spacious outdoor terraces and the balconies outside the bedrooms. The swimming pools (both the jacuzzi and the bigger/deeper lap pool) and the ping pong table were a hit with our kids. Most of all, what made this stay extra special was Vicky’s helpfulness in providing us with local tips, as well as her parents who warmly welcomed us throughout our whole stay. As we stayed towards the end of the season (Oct), we were also lucky to see how the olives were harvested on our last day. All in all a wonderful stay and a great base to explore Sithonia by car.

Excellent villa whit 3 single beds and one double bed. Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and few seconds from the Sani club entrance. Really quiet place, ideal for vacation, backyard is amazing and we enjoy in pine trees shadow. I will definitely recommend this place.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Dit appartement is echt aan te raden! Het was schoon, gezellig en compleet ingericht, en voelde heel snel als thuis. Het grote balkon lijkt boven het water te hangen en biedt een schitterend uitzicht! Omgeving is heerlijk rustig en in vijf minuten loop je naar het centrum van Nea Skioni, dat goede restaurants en een mooi strand heeft. Host Kostas reageerde steeds snel en gaf allerlei tips. Gastvrijheid en Genieten met een hoofdletter G!

Honestly I’ve been travelling BUT nothing like my stay at Mariya Art Living! Absolutely loved my stay! This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Tolle Unterkunft mit herausragendem, gemütlichen Balkon mit Schaukelsessel! Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, Küche gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank. Wir waren mit unserem Kind da und es gab ein top Babybett und einen Ikea-Hochstuhl, also perfekt. Das Bad ist eher klein und wenn man zu ausschweifend duscht, wird der Boden nass, aber da es einen Abfluss gibt, kein Problem. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und wir haben von den Gastgebern auch Waschmittel erhalten, danke nochmals. Einzig die Klimaanlage schafft es nicht, die Wohnung richtig zu kühlen. Aber dank Ventilator und Mückengittern kann man nachts bei offenen Fenstern schlafen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Nikos war ein aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Vielen Dank für die zahlreichen Tipps.
