Villa vacation rentals in Pefkali

We had an amazing time at this very spacial Villa. The spectacular landscape, the most beautiful beach, the romantic house with its roses and arches as the house's architectonic signature. The house is spacious and beautiful with handmade wooden carpentry. The artist is Michalis who takes care of the house and his wonderful daughter, Eleni who welcomed us most beautifully.

Η διαμονή μας στο Palamidi Guesthouse ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία απομονωμένη όπως την θέλαμε , αλλά ταυτόχρονα με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε κάθε σημείο του νησιού. Σε λίγα λεπτά μπορούσες να βρεις φούρνο, super market, φαρμακείο, χώρους εστίασης , αξιοθέατα, παραλίες κλπ. Ο Ξενώνας , διαθέτει πραγματικά ότι είναι σημαντικό για έναν επισκέπτη (παραθεριστή ή εργαζόμενο) και δεν είναι τυχαίο αλλά μελετημένο. Ο Christos είναι άριστος οικοδεσπότης. Διακριτικός και εξυπηρετικός με το παραπάνω, για οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Οι προτάσεις του όλες ποιοτικές και έτσι δεν ψάχνεσαι και περνάς πολύ καλύτερα. Εννοείται επανεπισκέψιμος και συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν το νησί και να μην μένουν πολύβουες περιοχές.

Magnifique et grande maison Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique La maison est très grande et elle permet d’être bien isolé du reste de la famille. La vue est splendide et époustouflante ! Les échanges avec Charis le propriétaire étaient super agréable et amicaux. Il s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir des renseignements de visite, théâtre grec, tour en bateaux et même livraison de repas locaux et typiques Des vrais vacances Un vrai coup de cœur de l’île de Salamine avec ses eaux claires et translucides ! I cette île est une découverte, c’est sauvage et il existe peu d’infrastructures pour touristes et ce qui lui donne tout son charme !!!! Merci à Charis !!!!

If there were more stars I would give more. Great hosts! Owner stayed awake until 230 am to meet me (i have no idea how far she had to drive after that) Communication: They were easygoing, accommodating, and always replied fast with tips, suggestions and trying to make our stay enjoyable. Bonus: Huge bowl of fruit waiting for us, plus munchies and cold drinks, that was literally what we needed after a crazy trip with toddlers and delayes. I hope to be back at this place sometime, my family had the time of our life splashing around in the pool, enjoying the grounds and just an overall awesome vacation place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rosa in Palaia Epidaurus, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Our time at this charming villa was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with unforgettable memories. The owners of Villa Rosa were warm and welcoming and being available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The villa's manager, Chris, was also very helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and activities. Overall, our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience in Greece. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Une vue magnifique, un coucher de soleil fantastique, une villa à l'esthétique et à l'art offrant tout le confort, claire comme du cristal: pour la première fois, nous avons goûté des fruits en les découpant tout droit des arbres. La chaleur de l'hospitalité et les soins qui nous ont été offerts étaient fantastiques.Je recommande vivement à ceux qui souhaitent intimité, isolement, service d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et à 5 minutes en voiture de trouver des tavernes, des tavernes de poisson, de la musique et des cafés. Il est certain que nous reviendrons.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

It was perfect vacation!! 10000000 million times better then we expected. Christina and her family are wonderful people ready to help any moment. Villa Christina 3 was even more beautiful then it is on the photos. For sure we'll come back as soon as we can. We told all our friends about these villas and their owners and hope that some of them will also visit Epidavros very soon)) I highly recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place and spend excellent vacation!!

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

Beautiful villa with pool and large garden of oranges, grapefruit and olives, which we were allowed to use to prepare the best ever orange juice. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation and much more. It was very clean and well kept. It has an outside kitchen near the pool with dining area and seating place. It is located in a quiet place but only few minutes drive from Napflio. It is actually more beautiful than the photos… Stefanos, the owner, was very helpful, he welcomed us, explaining about the villa and offered recommendations for restaurants. We had great time in the villa and would be happy to return for another vacation.

Barbara's house is perfect for anybody who just wants to relax, enjoy swimming in the sea and loves the traditional greek life at the beach. The stylish and very comfortable house is situated right at Vagia beach. It just takes. a few steps to dive into the clear water or to take the kayak to explore the shoreline. There is anything you need in the house, a big pool, many shaded areas to sit or lay down. Barbara is a perfect host, always reacts immediately and she provides many valuable information to explore the area. The included daily cleaning services was really another great service to have wonderful relaxing holidays.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !! Τόσο το εξωτερικό -όσο και το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού- , ήταν προσεγμένα όλα ! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και αρκετά μεγάλη για την δεκαμελή μας παρέα . Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια στα υπνοδωμάτια ,απίθανα . Είναι ένα σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , που μπορεί να σας εξυπηρετήσει κατά τη διαμονή σας εκεί . Τέλος , ο κύριος και η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκαν, καταπληκτικοί και πρόθυμοι καθ’όλα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα , ήταν μια αξέχαστη διαμονή !

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

προκειται για συγκροτημα με 4 βιλες αυτονομες με μια κεντρικη πισινα. Παρα πολυ ομορφος εξωτερικος χωρις και η βιλα μεσα πανεμορφη καθαρη και ησυχη. Ξεκουραστικαμε, απολαυσαμε τον εξωτερικο χωρο και πραγματικα δεν ειχαμε κανενα παραπονο. Η βιλα που μειναμε ειχε 2 διπλα κρεβατια και δυο μονα. προσωπικα θα συστηνα το πολυ 4 ατομα ενηλικες. 6 μπορει να γινει «μικρο» το σπιτι αν εχετε σκοπο να μενετε ολη μερα εκει. Αν θα ξαναπηγαινα; ΕΝΟΕΙΤΑΙ! (επιπλεον εχει και πρωινο!).

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

This lovely villa has one of the most outstanding vistas of anywhere we have stayed. We were met by Ann, with a wonderful welcome spread of delicious nibbles and drinks. The views from the balcony or the infinity pool are just stunning. From watching the sun come up in the east, to glorious sunsets in the west, and a night sky absolutely sparkling with stars. The amenities in the villa are superb and the BBQ area is really well set up. We highly recommend eating at Fotinis Restaurant nearby and chartering a boat with Nakas Rental. Poros itself is lovely, as is Ermione and Methana. A wonderful place to spend a holiday.
