My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Modern und praktisch eingerichtetes 2 Zimmer-Appartement liegt zentral im schönen Ostseebad Sellin, unweit der Strände und dem Zentrum mit Restaurants, sowie Supermarkt, Bäcker und kleinen Shops. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 min zur bekannten Seebrücke bzw. zum Nordstrand und ca. 10 min zum Südstrand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und zentraler Lage in der Luftbadstraße.
