Right in front of the house, the forest of pine, beech, and oak trees begins. A large panoramic window offers a view of the forest, while on the other side, picture windows look out over fields to the water. Exposed concrete floor, oak parquet, carefully chosen fabrics and art, bright and tranquil. The terrace is sheltered on the edge of the forest, perfect for long evenings outdoors.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

For variety, there is a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, soccer kicker, dartboard or kayaks to explore the area from the water.

Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all possible constellations - especially in the spring and summer, where the garden with numerous seating options opens up further possibilities. Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

The decor should leave nothing to be desired: sauna, infrared cabin, hot tub, fireplace, two bedrooms with full bathrooms en suite, reading corner on the first floor overlooking the backwater and comfortable box spring beds. A large garden with terrace, garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and sun loungers invites you to linger.

Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.
