The property is super comfy and very well appointed. You could move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is fine. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you shouldn't have that expectation if you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and offered so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

We were there with a group of teenagers and young adults and felt very comfortable right from the beginning! The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished; the furnishings are perfectly designed for large groups. The garden/terrace is also great.

Lovely 12 p. family Vacation home

We spend new year with three families (6 adults and 6 small chilrdren) in this place and had a fantastic time. The downstairs part with living room and kitchen is huge und with floor heating so we spent a lot of time together while enjoying different activities (cooking, playing, TV, ...). Sleeping upstairs no problem with very comfy beds and also warm enough (first day we switched on A/C to heat but not needed for the following days). Lots of playing activities for children outside. We definetely recommend this place. Just two things to note (but not a down-grade!): a) Big fridge but without freezing section; b) possibility to rent a hot tub but this needs to be reserved in advance which we somehow missed

This place is fantastic. Beautifully maintained, beautiful furniture, good beds and a nice playground for the children. A number of cottages are best rented on the property, but you don't notice that. Close to the ferry to Steyl, close to Venlo, beautiful walking along the Maas. 10 out of 10.

Romantic blue wood cottage in wooded area

Our wooden house is located on a hill in the green park Stille Wille on the edge of the Simonshoeksebos. You will find peace and space within walking distance of nature reserve De Grote Peel. The cottage has a nice, cozy atmosphere, lovely beds and is suitable for 5 (max 6) people with 3 bedrooms. The living room is spacious with an open and well appointed kitchen. You can park in front of the door and around the house is a spacious fenced forest garden with several cozy seating areas. You can bring your dog cozy!

This is my dream home, in the forest where you can hike and mountain biking. I consider my home an "sacred" place to live and treat it with care. I also ask tenants of this. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located in a forest park where silence is requested. You can relax in the Jacuzzi and sauna. I am usually traveling with my camper, but sometimes I sleep in the cottage in the garden myself, which is completely screened with bamboo. I respect your privacy.

Our thatched holiday villa in Midden-Limburg offers everything for a lovely break. An unobstructed location on the edge of a park, bordering the forest. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with French doors to the veranda and an open kitchen, a hall with toilet and the stairs upstairs and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. Lovely grounds with trampoline, bbq, ping pong, outdoor seating and everything you can think of needing. It's in a rural area but close to town so you feel like you are secluded. Town was a 5 min drive. The were very responsive to our needs and we fantastic to work with as we had some special requests. I highly recommend this property.

Great place with lovely touches We were traveling as a large group with several children and all felt very comfortable. The place is tastefully decorated, with lots of little loving touches that make the stay extra enjoyable. The surroundings and the entire complex are also beautiful and ideal for families. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke during our stay – but the hosts responded quickly and found a good solution. Thanks for the friendly support! We will be happy to come back ☀️

We stayed with friends/kids for a weekend at the property. We found it a very pleasant stay. Everything is well arranged and everything you need is present. There is also plenty to do for the children outside (bicycles, go-kart, wagon, etc.) and there is a playground on the location.

Our stay at your accommodation was very pleasant , looked cozy and cozy, everything was present and it was pleasantly warm upon arrival . Very nice ! Warm welcome by the son the houses and helpful ! Dear Bart and Liesbeth, Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality! Me, my wife, daughter and father in Law had an amazing stay and we cannot wait to spread the word to all our friends. The only thing I can think about is that for my Father in law as he was a bit fragile he was forced to climb a considerable steps to go to his bedroom as there was none in the ground floor. Apart from that we highly recommend this place .Everything is above the standard. We're completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and transparent as well. We hope to see you again soon!

This holiday house is really nice. My family and I spent a week there, and as long as the weather was good there was loads to do. The playground/trampoline area was a hit with my four year-old, and they also had several kids bikes and other toys to keep little ones busy. The house wasn’t super spacious for my group of 7, but as long as the weather is nice you can sit outside and spread out. The house is part of a holiday-home complex, so there isn’t much privacy. Overall, a very nice place to spend time if you like to walk/bike and visit local sites like Venlo (10m drive) & Maastricht (1hr drive).
