The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La casa si trova a Capoliveri e si affaccia sul golfo Stella. L'abitazione ha un giardino con tavolo e lettini da cui è possibile godere ogni sera della bellezza del tramonto sul mare. Mette a disposizione gratuitamente: aria condizionata (caldo/freddo), lavatrice, TV-Sat, WI-Fi, parcheggio coperto , biancheria da letto e da bagno igienizzata , lettino e seggiolone per bambini. Il centro del paese e le spiagge distano circa 900 m. ( Morcone, Madonna delle Grazie, Peducelli ).

Villa Artemide, a newly built villa, is located in the municipality of Capoliveri, in the small, tranquil hamlet of Madonna Delle Grazie. Such a peaceful setting that in the 18th century, it was chosen as a refuge by Augustinian friars returning from the island of Montecristo. In recognition of the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary. Inside, there is a highly prized panel painting, the draft of which is said to have belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti.
