Monthly Rentals in Pedra de Itaúna

We stayed at Vanias apartment for 6 nights, and it was a splendid stay. Building is in a safe gated complex, and lot's to walk and see. The apartment itself was as described. Wonderful place to stay, and will stay again upon my return. The apartment has everything you would need. It was spotless, the staff was friendly, and always helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens fresh and had a delicious scent to them. Vania was very responsive right away with several questions we had about local things, and each time she was quick to answer. I would recommend her apartment to anyone with 4 people or less. Thank you Vania for letting us stay in your apartment. We enjoyed it tremendously.

André is an excellent host, his apartment is impeccable and complete. I felt at home. Spotless Enxoval. Condominium very safe and with excellent infra. The condominium's SPA is very top.

I loved the accommodation and I loved André's hospitality. Always very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable. I was received with great affection and I felt very good!

The place is clean and got a nice balcony to enjoy the coffee in the morning or chilling in the evening. If you like quiet place, this place is right for that. A little bit hard to buy groceries if you have a car that would be easier. The place have small convenience store but not really a lot to buy there. Highly recommended!
