Vacation rentals with a pool in Pedernales

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

Very grateful for everything. The place is amazing, perfect to disconnect from the city for several days.

The place was perfect and has a wonderful view of the ocean and cliffs even far away. The place was exactly as described. The host even made some recommendations for us as well. The stay was very pleasant. We will be planning to stay again when back in Jama

The house is very well equipped and is comfortable and spacious. We were in a family group of four and everything worked perfectly. The house is in a gated community with direct access to the beach and the communal pool via stairs (5 minutes) or by car (1 minute). Almost all the houses in the complex were occupied for the end of the year, but since the houses are totally independent of each other, there was no noise that bothered us despite the date. The house does not directly face the beach, but a few steps away you have a very nice ocean view and the sunsets are picture-perfect when the sky is clear. Overall, a great option to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Manabí.

We stayed at Rocio's house with a group of friends to spend a few days together at the beach before Christmas. Our stay was perfect. The house is very well equipped, with a spectacular ocean view, especially from the private pool. The beach and another communal pool are very close. Everything was very comfortable. In addition, Rocio recommended a lady to cook for us, who prepared some delicious seafood dishes. Rocio was always available. Really super recommended to spend time with family and friends in a very safe and quiet place on the beach.

The place is very nice, it is close to the beach and the pool, it has everything you need, comfortable rooms, organized. Very good communication, always attentive, they helped us with recommendations of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The pool area is very clean, always with attentive and very friendly community staff. A quiet and recommended place to rest and enjoy the beach.
