The complex is very safe because it is closed 24 hours with day and night guards. The beach is the closest to Quito. We are 19 km from Pedernales and 15 km from Cojimies. The house has a view and direct access to the beach. There are many gardens with palm trees to walk, the beach is fabulous and deserted and offers beautiful walks. The sea is a bit rough, just enough to play with the waves; in Cojimies the sea is always calm.
