The main beach (Playa Del Toro) is 2 km away & Playa Venao 28km south. The place is completely new designed by New York based developer. Curcu-House is a cozy bioclimatic house with tropical architecture, with a steel structure, teak walls and floors, and large translucent doors with views of the sea and the exuberant vegetation. Large flying terraces that touch the treetops, with an open concept, allowing us to connect with nature and with oneself. The lot where the property is located has a great diversity of fruit trees, lianas, and birds that come to drink and lull us to sleep with their songs.
