Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pecos River

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this location and the host is absolutely amazing!! Definitely a go to when we are in town!!

This spot was cute, incredibly functional, and was far closer into town than similarly priced hotels I looked at. I don't love a non-doored bathroom, but that was such a minor thing and the place was spacious, well organized, and clearly well-maintained and well-cleaned.

Walkable to several restaurants. Felt very safe. Easy to find and so nice to have dedicated parking.

James, JJ and team were fantastic to work with. So responsive and extremely kind! The place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great. We walked everywhere. Will definitely stay again.

They gave free muffins (thank you Christie!) and were very cordial. Check in and check out were a breeze. Property was beautiful in a secluded area that was also not too far from downtown. Would recommend.

We came to Santa Fe for art, food and mountain biking -this place is perfectly located to enjoy all of those! Wonderfully decorated and landscaped-very comfortable. Easy access to down town. Never any problem finding parking. Or you can bike there! Make sure you visit the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum then brunch across the street at Fiesta Oaxaca.

This was our second time at this casita, and we loved it as much as the first time. Actually, I would LOVE TO OWN this casita or one just like it! It is beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything in town we wanted to see and do. The heated tile floors are a wonderful bonus as is the patio area where I found it is warm enough on a sunny day to sit outside even in February. The hosts are very responsive and always check to make sure we got in okay after arrival. We also appreciate all the suggestions and materials they leave in the casita for dining and activities in the area. I hope to stay here again next year!

We stayed on night on the way to see Carlsbad Caverns. Easy to find and keypad was easy. The bathroom is small but great hot shower and water pressure! The kitchen was fully stocked, which we appreciated. Temperature control was a bit difficult, the master bedroom fan was high with only one setting, this might be more of a problem if the weather was really warm. Good value for our needs!

I definitely recommend this place for another’s that they want to rent this place

This house is huge. Great place with a great price. Our large family stayed very comfortably. It is clean and pristine!

The home was in a great location. There were many stores and restaurants close by as well as Fort Bliss. Be aware that there are no bathroom supplies such as shampoo or body wash. There is also a Keurig but no coffee. The grill did not light on its own, so we bought a lighter and was able to use it. There is a patio but no table or chairs outside- which would have been nice.

Deana was a great host. Very good at communicating and her place was perfect for us.

The house was very nice and clean. A lot of personal touches. Kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved our stay here! Worked out perfect for visiting Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Super comfortable and spacious! We felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying here

Araceli is a great host. The property was very clean. It is in safe area and perfect for our needs. She was very responsive with all questions and went above and beyond.

We enjoyed our stay in Ghita's casita. The kitchen is well equipped even, for a permanent stay. We appreciated the bathroom being stocked with a wide range of toiletries. We enjoyed the New Mexican decor of the Casita.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

Nos encantó el lugar, hermosa la decoración, era como estar en casa todo muy cómodo. Una pena el que se descompusiera el calentador de agua, pero Louise resolvió eficientemente el problema al ofrecernos quedarnos en el condominio de al lado. Espero que pronto quede solucionado lo del calentador, porque quisiéramos quedarnos en tu condominio porqué realmente nos gustó mucho.

Amazing location! Close to all the fun and an easy walk to the campus. The place was incredibly clean and easy to find. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Just the right size for 2 people. I would definitely stay again!
