Situé à Péaule, à 5 min du parc de Branféré, 15 minutes des plages, accès rapide à Vannes, Rochefort en terre,La Roche Bernard Notre maison est entièrement rénovée a neuf, elle comprends 6 chambres, 6 Salles eau, piscine interieure chauffée à l'année , piste pétanque, table de ping pong, balançoire. Terrasse avec salon de jardin, barbecue Draps et serviettes fournis Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées il est demandé de limiter le bruit à partir de 22h. A très vite !

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
