Monthly Rentals in Pearl Island

We had an extremely pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended for a single person or couple visiting DB.

Pros: Convenient location-- close to market & restaurants, easy to buy food or eat out. Own washroom & an area where you could cook simple meal. Self adjusted air-con & good wi-fi connection. His unit had all the things we wanted. Host is super nice & helpful, came to bus stop to bring us to his place. He also offered to drive us to border gate of Macau & to airport free of charge, making it so much easier for us with luggage. He was very flexible with check-in & check-out, making it very convenience for us. He is very responsible, quick to response & always tried his best to resolve whatever issues we had. He even treated us with bird nests--something very expensive & very tasty. The best host we have ever had. Cons: the room is on 3rd floor & stairs only. His house is not smoke-free. One of his tenants is a smoker. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smokes. Good that we always went out during the day & were not affected as much.

JJ's place is conveniently located in a quiet area with various transportation means suited to our needs to get around to various places. The comfortable and modern apartment is sufficiently equipped with everything a home-away-from-home requires... open kitchen, washer & dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, and a small balcony for fresh air! The building has a clubhouse with quiet lounge area, gym facilities, swimming pool and even a small BBQ area for tenants to use and enjoy. The host JJ is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Clear instructions were given upon check-in. Upon request for extra chairs sturdier than the original folding chairs in the place (as to avoid further injury to my unexpectedly injured arm), JJ provided the extra chairs the next day. To mention any downside of JJ's Airbnb, I would say it is the bed mattress, which for my own preference would be more comfortable if it was a little firmer. There is also room for improvement on cleanliness of the place.

Gloria is a super great host, quick response and tried her best to make sure her guests have a nice stay.  We enjoyed our home-feel stay very much. It was our best long stay experience so far, many thanks to Gloria ! We highly recommend Gloria's flat. Before our trip Gloria sent photos with description on how to go to her flat. She is very accommodating, make sure the guests self check in has no problem and have every thing they need during their stay. Gloria's flat is very bright and clean, very thoughtfully well equipped  with everything we need. There were shelves and many boxes for storage or organize small items. Some non-often use items were also available, like tin opener, 3 chopping boards with different sizes for different usage and a humidifier. The helper Michelle even prepared some ice cubes ready for use in the freezer. The location of this flat is also very good. There are lots of shopping malls and restaurants around that area. A farmers' market is near by too.
