Erik and Roberta were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and were very efficient in accomplishing things we asked for. The pool was great. We saw some manatees and crocodiles in the canal and caught a few fish. Great hosts and a very relaxing 7 week stay.

Had a great stay at this clean and relaxing property! The pool was great and everything met or exceeded expectations.

We loved the outdoor living aspect of the lanai, the grill and seating poolside. I started the day with coffee out on the lanai, grilled out, went for a swim, lay out the sun and end with a last nighttime dip in the pool. I hardly wanted to go inside, it was so relaxing. We would rent this home again if we were in the area.

Absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to Lido beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Rooms and amenities were very spacious and comfortable. Loved having beach equipment, beach towels, washer/dryer available. Easy checkin! Had the best time!

Heidi was great and very responsive with questions. Also very proactive! We may be coming back to Sebring next year for our daughters golf tournament and will be reaching out to her for a place to stay that’s convenient around the area. The house was in pristine condition. Thanks for a great stay!

Paulina’s house was beautiful and the pictures showed the house exactly as it was. The house was very clean and had all of the necessities. There were plenty of games and activities for down time and the heated pool was very nice. Paulina was very attentive if we ever needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

We lucked out when we found Kimberley’s pet friendly home for a quick holiday weekend getaway. The location to Siesta Key was incredible but just far enough away that we could get a peaceful night. The home was well stocked and spacious for our group of 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and we had a great time going for walks and even doing an Easter egg hunt in the yard. Such a memorable trip with plenty of beach time, private pool time and an incredible nights sleep with the softest sheets ever! The house was really clean and although I was a little nervous with a 1bed/1 bath attached, we rarely saw the guests and when they were home they were respectful and quiet. Don’t think twice about booking this little gem!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

Fabulous location…pathway leads right to the beach. Lovely and quiet house well manicured and comfortable. Great new appliances in the basic kitchen. Looking forward to returning!!

The villa is just as advertised very comfortable very close to anything you are planning to do in the area. I also was able to contact Robert a couple of times for a few things that I need to ask about and he was very quick in responding to me. I will definitely book with Robert again and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Robert we had a great time.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

George is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. The unit was great for my family. Clean, plenty of space, homey amenities, and relaxing sitting outside the unit and with the pool. Enjoyed the unit very much!

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! Graham was an excellent host, and everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The pool is gorgeous, warm, and has a beautiful backdrop of the golf course. We loved watching the sun rise there every morning. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

This was one of the BEST air b&b’s I have stayed at in Sarasota so far!! Aside from the beautiful weather Inas home was very clean, and had all the amenities needed!! The pictures look exactly like what her home has to offer. She was very responsive and kind. We asked for the pool heated for the extra daily charge and she did it immediately! Very close and convenient to all grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. About a 10 minute ride to beautiful siesta key beach. I give 10 Stars !!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ina for hosting us and we hope to be back soon !!!! For the next guests enjoy!!

We came down from Maine with another couple to get some sunshine and see the Bruins and Red Sox. 😁 Great location and and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Julia was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again.

Our stay at Adina’s was great! Very clean and spacious bedroom. Walkable to Bayshore and quick drive to Hyde Park. Adina was very responsive and flexible with a late check out to accommodate our later flight. The baked goodies she made were an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! Although we weren’t initially planning a vacation, an unexpected emergency at home led us to seek a place to stay, and we were so fortunate to find this gem. The house had everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which was perfect for our daughters—they absolutely loved it! We are already looking forward to returning during the summer to fully enjoy the resort-style amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Immediately upon arrival, I thought that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was clean, spotless, and very well stocked this house had everything we could possibly need and even things we didn’t even think we needed it, but had available. We enjoyed the location being fairly close to the beach yet private and away from The madness of the tourists. We really enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the back patio and watch all the wildlife, especially the birds coming and going. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we needed to get away from the Midwest for spring break. Thank you so much to the host For staying in communication and being so great.
