Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.

An entrance features a large stone archway, framed by two potted plants. Dark green double doors stand at the center, with glass panels allowing a glimpse of the interior. Wall sconces provide subtle illumination, enhancing the welcoming appearance.
