Vacation rentals with a pool in Pavićini

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

First of all: Alba! She made this stay something special! She was always friendly, interested in the life and plans of her guests and gave us great tips for the area! We were also lucky to meet Goran. He also gave us great tips for the area and was always friendly. The apartment is not very big but adequate. The pool is extremely well maintained and the terrace is super clean. A plus is the washing machine in the room, which we - thanks to Alba, who supplied me with detergent - could also use 😉 The bathroom is also small, but really totally sufficient. The bed is comfortable. The dining area is also super well maintained and can be used by all guests. In particular, a grill is also available. Pula is easy to reach by bus and on foot and the nearest beach is also not far away. A hidden gem is a hike to Galebove Stijene. Great beach with a great path right on the shore! See you soon! ❤️

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. The house was also in good condition, the outdoor area looked very new. Someone came to clean the pool twice a week. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great vacation :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

The place are beautiful and clean. We were very warmly received and everything worked perfectly with the key handover. I can only recommend it.

we (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed 7 nights in this wonderful house. the bedroom where the boiler was located, we did not use that it was a bit noisy for you. the amenities in the house are completely sufficient. The pool is above and has been cleaned at least once during our stay. If you sleep at night with the window open, you can hear a lot of dogs barking. If the window is closed, everything is quiet :) In the morning and at noon there is sun, in the evening shade. In 4 minutes by car you are on a wonderful bay, here you can lie on stone slabs. It also has a bar, unfortunately it was closed on September as well as it was also available. The Konzum is within walking distance in 1 minute. here gets everything you need. we have got wonderful, delicious guest gifts. the communication with our contact person worked out great. We could even get into the house almost three hours earlier. Towels are sufficient for everyone. The house is very clean and everything worked. thank you for this lovely stay

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴
