It was the second time I stayed at Chácara Hollandia, a place I chose to celebrate my birthday. Maria is making several renovations to the farm and they are already noticeable. The outdoor space (large lawn, swimming pool and barbecue), and indoor space (two bedrooms, one bathroom, living rooms and kitchen), location, communication and value make it the perfect place! Our only issue was with the sound/neighbor, but we had been warned in advance that he might complain, so it was resolved the moment he contacted us.

I took a work trip and would stay at this place again. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, it has all the basic amenities, it was very clean, the shower is great. I note that the bedroom has no air conditioning, only the living room. It is located in the center of Campinas but there is a lot of commerce in the surroundings, so it did not seem like a dangerous area. Dia supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, gym, all within walking distance. The building has a gym but it is extremely basic and has bad equipment, I recommend using the neighborhood gym that has a promotional price for those who are on Airbnb. Easy to communicate with the hosts.
