Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Paulding County

Great place. We were in the area for baseball at Lake Point. Close to grocery stores and eating places.

LaTonya was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and always available to answer questions. When we couldn’t connect to the wifi, she was available immediately to troubleshoot and let us know we needed to connect the power to the router. When the front door lock malfunctioned, she was there within 5 minutes to repair it. I felt safe and secure. The house was spotlessly clean, had beautiful decor, thoughtful amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The only thing that was missing was a cork screw for the wine. However, we were right around the corner from a Walmart. The location was fantastic, right about a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. LaTonya went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was great. There was even a welcome gift! We’d love to stay here again!

This was a beautiful place. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. It was so upscale, private and quaint. Brand new everything. Jennifer was the most gracious host and helped us out. We will be staying every year here.

Great space! Felt right at home. Lauren was super responsive and great with instructions! The house is gorgeous and the backyard/porch is so peaceful. We saw so many cardinals and bunnies. Thanks lauren!

We had a wonderful time and the house was in a beautiful neighborhood with close proximity to anything we needed. Katherine was extremely helpful and made sure we got settled in on arrival.

GREAT place to stay! Very convenient to Lakepoint Sports and great restaurants very near as well as Publix....so this is a great location. House is very comfortable and clean....you'll feel right at home here.

We loved staying here and would stay again. Some features we really liked were: 1. Everything was clean and organized. 2. Night lights in every bedroom and bathroom. 3. The fenced in backyard. 4. Dorothy was very responsive when we had questions. One note is that it's in a gated community, and we only had one gate opener. That was fine for us but if there are multiple cars in your party, it's something to plan for.

My stay at Gregory’s Airbnb was phenomenal! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gregory was an outstanding host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Casandra is so sweet and obliging. The space was adorable inside and out. I was able to take off on my walks from there to the square and beautiful streets. Sessions Stand coffee shop is next door and so pleasant. Will stay there again.

Highly recommend this location. Easy to find, very nice and quiet, tucked away and private but not far from anything to do. Hosts are wonderful, responsive, and very accommodating. If you're in town for a baseball game, this place is a diamond in the rough.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He was always quick to respond to any questions or requests, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

We stayed at the condo for a PBR tournament in Emerson. The location was about 30 minutes from field but gave us several activities to do when he was not playing. Host provided great communication. It is a large community and very private. Does take a little bit to find activities.

The unit was perfectly located in downtown Woodstock with a very easy walk to all the amenities and activities of the downtown. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The electrical fireplace being turned on upon arrival was a very nice touch. Our only issue was created by us. We accidentally locked the door handle when walking out. We had left the car keys in the unit during our walk. Upon returning and opening the deadbolt with the keypad we found that we had locked the handle. Since there was no key provided we were locked out of the unit without our car keys. We reached out to our host at 9:45 AM. We didn't hear back until about 6:30 PM. By this time we had worked through AirBNB to get a locksmith to the unit. AirBNB fully reimbursed us the cost of the locksmith. I say the above only to provide a note that if you stay in this beautiful unit be careful with the door handle lock. AWESOME STAY!

Lillian’s place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were able to cook full meals during our entire stay. You’ll need to supply your own spices and larger bowls if you need them, but plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. It was a very good stay!

Very quiet location. Close to The Spires so able to get over easily to visit my Parent living there!
