House vacation rentals in Paulding County

My family LOVED the home. It is fairly a newer home for the hosts so there was minor fixable issues, but those issues didn’t affect how me and my family loved the home and still enjoyed our time here. From the reservation, during the stay, and until the end…Marlon & Emmett’s communication was amazing. They were always present when needed. This is my 1st time in Atlanta and they too are super helpful when I asked for suggestions of places to visit in the area. Thank you so much you two. My family and I have enjoyed my stay in Atlanta and if I ever decide to come back, you most definitely will be the 1st hosts I come looking for.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

It was amazing staying in Jans home on my family spring break vacation! The home was very clean and everything looked like the pictures. I loved every moment of it and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommended.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. This is a beautiful property and neighborhood in powder springs.The environment is quiet and peaceful; also, it is very clean and properly maintained both on the inside and outside. The parking space is large and great. This place felt like home indeed and had everything that I needed, which was amazing. I love the large green land and the beautiful trees on the outside, which brought a sense of tranquility, peacefulness, and complete privacy. The owner left some snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge for me, which was kind and thoughtful. The host was friendly and very responsive to my questions. The house rules and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I love that the shops and restaurants were 10-15 minutes' drive away, which was perfect and simplified everything for me while on vacation here. I truly loved staying here and will definitely book it again.

I Met the host and the owner of this property during my stay and they were very welcoming, friendly and understanding. The place was quiet and peaceful as if I was on a vacation; also, the house rules and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This house was perfect for our group. We loved how many rooms there were and the beds were set up. The towels were actually nice and the showers were even better. We would re book this house is coming back to the area. The host was quick for responding. There were bad storms and she was quick to check on us and the house. The back covered patio does leak bad during rain

Great stay! We were in town for my son’s wedding and had family from Texas coming in also. Shine’s home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room- clean and comfortable. We so enjoyed being able to stay together in one place. Shine was very responsive and handled a request we had quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
