Vacation rentals with a patio in Paucarpata

The apartment is excellent, all brand new , modern and functioning. I found the site a little far from the center , but the hospitality and quality of the apartment are worth it . Hosts respond promptly. The access to the apartment is modern and without difficulties to enter or leave. I only have to thank you for the welcome in your apartment. Arequipa is amazing for sightseeing and having a safe place helps a lot in the course of the trip . Ahhh the view of the volcano at the end of the afternoon facing the windows is undoubtedly note 10.

Very good service from Yessica, she responds immediately, the neighborhood is very quiet, the only thing is that the apartment is on the 4th floor, I think it would be good to mention this.

Loved my stay here. Felt right at home. The apartment is located in a secure complex that provided a peaceful escape from the downtown area but was still close to everything.

This is the second time that we stayed at this place and everything was great. The apartment had everything you need and is conveniently located.

Great location in a residential area yet only 8 minutes walk to the main plaza de armas. Room was clean and spacious, good shower and compilantary tea. Veronica was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Would stay again, good value for money.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

Very comfortable apartment, easy to find, and all the places we went to were close to the apartment. The dialogue with the owner was good, the apartment is very comfortable, and everything he said was 100% approved. I recommend her stay.

Our stay was very pleasant, the environments were clean, comfortable ; the very cordial attention and were always aware of what we might need. We had service clean, basic supplies to prepare our breakfasts and cleaning supplies. The terrace is very nice and cozy too. It was definitely an excellent experience and highly recommended.

A great place to clear very close to arequipa , the incredible dogs we loved the company the quiet pure air and peace that feels incredible in the house!

Edu was a great host, always ready to help and solve any difficulty. The apartment is great, very spacious and the fact that it has 3 suites and one more lavatory was perfect for us! All well-equipped comforts, cooked every day, washed clothes and turned very well! Thank you, Edu!

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

It was a quiet and easily accessible stay. Despite having some difficulties, the host resolved everything effectively. Very comfortable and quiet.
