The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.
