Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back again! Amazing house with a great pool just off of the water. Everything is clean and true to the pictures. Selene is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to cocoa beach!

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

Really very nice location! So close to the beach. Comfortably cool and well kept. Love the showers! I was tickled to see that they were the same showerhead I had in my house, so it was really nice and very very well-maintained.

Just wanna say thank you to Timothy for providing an awesome Airbnb experience beautiful home less than five minute walk from the beach. Great little restaurants and bars also walking distance so an Uber and irresponsible driving was unnecessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Timothy for everything.

We came down for the weekend, and this was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so great, I had to share. The home is very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing — right on the beautiful water. You can sit on the dock and just relax while watching the manatees in the intracoastal waterway. I saw a bunch of them playing behind the house — such a peaceful, almost magical experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s a great deal and perfectly located — just minutes from Ron Jon, Cape Canaveral, and everything else you might want to explore. You can be across the bridge in five minutes. The owners were awesome and super helpful. Great management all around. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place in a perfect location, this is it!

Yulia’s home is the epitome of an Air BnB! We were comfortable, it was conveniently located to everything we were interested in (space center, wildlife boat tour, Universal, the beach) and she is an amazing hostess - responsive, and accommodating. The amenities at her home were above and beyond, especially for a family with children - lots of toys and games for inside play and an incredible amount of beach accessories (toys/chairs/towels/coolers/wagon and more). Plus, we saw manatees right from her pier AND a rocket launch! Would 100% stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

I enjoy staying at the beach when I come to visit family in the area. Jenn's apartment was everything you could want in a short-term stay. She has thought of little things in the kitchen (clips for chips!) and I was very comfortable. There's a good local restaurant/bar just 2 block away with yummy food and the heart of Cocoa Beach is about a 5 block walk. It really is a convenient location! The beach is about a 4 block walk. Doable, but, if you drive there are meters 7AM-7PM, but, the beach is soo worth it!! Highly recommend!

Lisa's space is gorgeous, peaceful, clean and intentional. Not only is the inside perfection, but it also has a beautiful outdoor space, including a hot tub with an outside shower. Its the perfect oasis---combining the coziness of home with resort vibes. We walked to the beach from the house, only took about 12 mins. Lisa is super sweet and quick to respond to answer any of your questions. She is an excellent host and her space is truly special. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was perfect for our family vacation to the beach. We wanted it because it was within walking distance to the beach and was affordable. They had everything we needed and even left some snacks/ a note for when we arrived. Everything was very clean and in working order. The house was a good size for my family of 4. We even had a bit of extra space. They also had some beach gear we were able to use if we wanted to. Very thankful this gem was available, we would love to stay again.

My 5 family members, our dogs, and I enjoyed our stay at Kosta’s home! They were very kind to let us bring our 5 dogs. The home was mostly as described, with a few things I’d like future guests to know ahead of time: If you plan to use the office with the pullout bed/couch, you need to bring a mattress topper as it is very springy and not cushioned. We had to purchase one while there. One of the queen bedrooms has a poorly designed bed frame that will slip out of place easily, so the bed will become tilted and need to be put back in place. There are Eco settings on the AC system that won’t let it go below 72 degrees. The system often maintained 75-76 degrees, rarely dropping below that even at night. We all felt that this Airbnb was warmer than most others we have stayed at in Florida. We do think the price was fair for the duration and location, but we expected better AC and beds. Overall we were happy with our stay, I just wanted to be transparent about those things!

Wonderful, close to park and easy access to Zon where parents live. It was great to come "home" to spacious house and take walk in park.

James was a wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and ready to go the extra mile. The property was gorgeous! It is obviously well cared for, and a great location. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great location near the beach in a quiet neighborhood. However, the cleanliness could be better with stains on the couch, mulch in the pool, and a grill with only 2 burners working. Antonio was very helpful, and even mailed back a forgotten item. Overall, the property was great, but could be a little more clean.
