Beach house vacation rentals in Patrick Space Force Base

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

Great place to stay and just walking distance to the beach and the pier. Would definitely stay there again.

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Perfect spot for our pre-cruise stay! The house had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and fully stocked. Just a short walk to the beach, and the kids loved winding down with a family movie night. Great location, great amenities—we’d definitely stay again!

Great stay. We’ve been staying in camp grounds previous years but opted for the comfort of a furnished place without all the step up. Location is great. The whole area took a beating with the hurricane season so will give the exterior a break for that. Was initially giving the wrong code (to a different unit), but was able to resolve quickly.

Loved the location. A beautiful view from inside, and the back deck. Having the beach right in the backyard was a bonus. Everyone had fun playing in the water and in the sand. Host could not have been more welcoming. She was so pro-active, making it easy to access the house, letting us know amenities available, including sand toys for kids. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, private home on the beach.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool was a fantastic addition to our week! The house was great!

My family and I enjoyed this house for spring break. We loved the backyard and everyday seeing a momma manatee and baby swim right along our paddle boards. The boys loved to sushi and went fishing in the kayaks. The owner was so helpful with places that were a must see and yummy food stops. Cocoa Village is def a must. Add Brevard Zoo to your list! Very close and is a beautiful zoo. We really loved the house and location. Great Stay!

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

We had a wonderful multigenerational stay and everyone loved the home and canal access for easy kayaking. Great location and we made wonderful memories. Thank you

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Great location and close to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. Love the pool/backyard. Spacious and well laid out, plus very well equipped with things to do in the unlikely event of rain. Highly recommend this for a family vacation!

Lovely home with everything we needed close by

This is our second year visiting! Fantastic location. Very close to Orlando and very short walk to the beach and pier. The pool is great and garage stocked with toys and beach gear. A little disappointed that the hot tub was broken, but the host promptly gave a credit for the inconvenience. Some appliances a little old and dishwasher not great, but overall it’s a really nice place to stay for families! Host very responsive to any questions or issues.

Ken was a fantastic host, we loved our time at the house. Equipt with everything you could need. pool was lovely and the putting green was a nice bonus activity!

1000 characters are not enough to say about this property. What you see is what you get! The pictures are EXACTLY what you see in the home. The Host took the time to make a detailed welcome booklet. There is nothing to be desired. Everything from how to turn on the shower to local eateries and and things to do in the area are listed in this booklet. The neighborhood the home is located in is full of friendly people people and beautiful peacocks. Yes I said peacocks! There were board games,outdoor games and beach supplies. Being a person who has never frequented a beach I had no idea what items we should take. Everything we needed and then some was located in the home! Never been to Florida let alone Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach but I (we) will be back. WE look forward to our next visit we will definitely be staying here again. The experience was like no other. Clean linens/ clean bathroom/clean kitchen, beautiful backyard and front yard.

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

Beach Haven was a perfect house for our family getaway. Beds are very comfortable. We traveled with 2 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room. Pool and spa were very clean and so nice after a beach day. Craig was very responsive and nice to work with. Highly recommend this one and would be happy to return some time.

backyard paradise! literally! tiki hut has a TV and a fan for late night or rainy day outside activities! Had corn hole boards that the kids loved and played with! The pool is Awesome also with a basketball goal! Only possible downfall for the pool would be it was about 4-5ish feet deep at the shallow end. Great for jumping in off the side, plenty deep for that! Inside the house has plenty of room and was very clean! The air conditioner worked great so was very cool even on 97° days. It does have plenty of beach stuff (chairs, toys, sand toys, balls, coolers, pull behind beach wagon) and two bicycles that the kids loved!You may need more bikes if you have a bigger family! The beach is about 3 blocks away so it is walkable but is a good "little" walk away. They do have parking at the beach for about 9-10 cars so if you go early you can get parking for the car. If you want the beach without all the people, hustle and bustle of all the major beaches, this is your spot! Pro Tip E-Bikes!

We had a wonderful week at Lisa’s beautiful home. From the start, the hosts were communicative and answered all questions promptly. The house is spacious and impeccably furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. We spent time outside on the lovely patio and in the pool/hot tub. Yard is large, private and well maintained. Private beach a short walk away and we appreciated the wagon and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made vacation a breeze. Proximity to coffee shops, Publix, and dining a plus. Hosts responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back sometime! 10/10 recommend

Great place, we will be back.

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!
