Ayushi’s place was really nice. Very clean and spacious. Ayushi was super helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange things we had trouble with without an Indian phone number such as taxis. Pool was great and very clean, WiFi was great. I worked from the flat during my stay with no problems.

We recently stayed in this property, true value for what you pay. has everything you need, very nice neighborhood and neat place. Internet works great and we didn't face any trouble during our stay. Some maintainence of latches etc. and replacement of RO, washing machine etc would help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

The apartment was absolutely spotless.. Washrooms were clean and the towels clean and adequate. The apartment has Zuari bridge view from all three rooms very peaceful and quiet... check in was a breeze .. would love to visit again...

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

Lovely place near the Betul beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The property faces Sal river and you can see the fishing boats moving around. There is sitting area on the balcony to sit and chill. The amenities provided makes you feel at home. Nima, our caretaker, was extremely cooperative and helpful. He made sure that the place is ready and upto date for us to live comfortably. Enough open space to play gully cricket 😅

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

when I tell you this is the most beautiful place I have stayed at, believe me! I don't think any airbnb in Goa will stand upto this. if you're a resort peraon , then I can't say much but the natural beauty and peace lovers, don't think twice. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice. Apart from all this, the hosts are amazing. They will be as friendly as you want to. You will have your own space but if you wish to gel up, they are great people! Special shout out to Mansi. She got me pakodas when it was about to rain, she had incense sticks up before we reached. 10000% recommended and will visit again. There's so much more to Goa than just the North Goa beches and resorts. explore it!

Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. I had a wonderful stay with my cousins at your South Goa villa. The river beside the villa was a highlight — watching it flow while sipping tea made for peaceful mornings. The location is perfect, away from the touristy crowd and very homely. The hall was spacious, kitchen well-equipped, beds comfy, and the bathroom was the biggest and cleanest I’ve seen. A special thanks to Mansi for being a generous and responsive host. Your daily calls to check in meant a lot. Thanks also for recommending great local restaurants — we loved the Goan food and ordered from those places multiple times. We felt like locals despite our short stay. The caretaker was prompt and helpful, and the villa truly lives up to its name Jal. Looking forward to staying again and exploring your North Goa properties too!
