There are a very less places which I've been able to call the best and Bijo's place is one that list. The check-in was smooth, place is very peaceful, good and safe parking, well stacked kitchenette and definitely clean. Bijo is definitely a great host , very well spoken and considerate which is rare. Happy to have stayed here and will be back again and again and again.

I had a fantastic stay at Sanskriti's place! She is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host—always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very secure, which gave me great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—super fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. Great place to spend a day or two if you're looking to stay near the airport. The hosts and the caretaker were responsive. The place is very greatly done and has all the amenities to make you feel home. The property is inside a very big society and hence safety is taken care of. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home near the Airport.

Beautiful property to stay at , everything was clean and hygienic. Easily accessible and close to Pallolem and Patnem . Had an amazing time staying here .

I had a great stay! Ritu was friendly and very responsive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. No issues at all. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

The property is well maintained and good, location is good but we find difficult to locate but once reached we love the location as number of restaurants good one around the property….we had good time and it has everything one need during short stay. I recommend all this property n will come again soon.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! After moving from a dreadful hotel, I felt so so lucky to have landed on my feet! Nestled quietly up in the treetops, massive windows and a balcony really make the most of the views and birds and trees, and it’s so incredibly private - too far up to be seen, only flat on fourth floor. Lovely security guards. Very clean. Hot water works perfectly, as did everything else. So grateful for my stay, would defo stay again. Cafe Kashish and Karma Cafe are highly recommended food and chill spots, with incredible staff, and so close. Equidistant between patnem and Palolem beaches, lots of nice exploring in the area.

lovely place to stay, beach was walking distance. The house was very comfortable to stay, cozy , clean and neat.Loved the stay and next time will surely visit and stay here again.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars for this property and Schuyler's services. His mum was super cooperative and kind to us. This property was clean and spacious. we had all necessary items at the place. The swiming pool needs maintenance as it got slimy and tiles were coming off. The beach is 15 minutes away (walking) from the property. Very convenient and we had a very peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Nice apartment

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

The property is a gem and one of the best Airbnb in Goa. The host is super accommodating and helpful. The property is super clean and have everything needed for luxurious stay. You can actually see oven from the balconies of the property. Large swimming pool, lift, in-house restaurant all are there for perfect holiday. Beach at stone throw away is clean and crowded by foreign tourists at large. Overall a best place in Goa for perfect holiday. And last but least that price is very low comparing to the amenities it is providing.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!
