This place was amazing. The balcony views are beautiful and perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets and then stargazing at night. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the home as well as having access to a parking spot directly beside it. Also, the beds were comfortable and worked perfect for our couple nights in the area. Thank you, Juana Maria for a wonderful time! I’d recommend staying at this place to anyone.

The house felt welcoming. It was very clean, organized, in a good location, and the instructions were easy to follow. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The Rodriguez's house was amazing, Jose C answer all my question fast and gave us lost of good recommendations for places to eat. It was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The Rodriguez 's is comfortable, cozy, relaxing, quiet and clean. We didn't want to leave. We'll definitely book again for our next trip to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 ☺️

I came here with no expectations of what I had seen prior in the pictures because I’ve been scammed in the past; BUT this place matched the pictures, gave me a peace of mind no other place has been able to. I loved this place and its people. Since the moment I got to their Security Gate (which is amazing to have security) they were always welcoming me and letting me know how glad they were to see me there! This is a place I’ll always come back to when in need of a recharge. Will definitely be coming often if welcomed. 🤍🙏🏻 Meliza was also a wonderful host and very communicative, THANK YOU. 🙏🏻

One word - perfect! Location: perfect. Close to town, close to family, close to restaurants, close to the highway. Accomodations: perfect. We slept well while we were there. Comfortable bed, new pillows, extra blankets. Extras: perfect. Having stayed here before I knew I could contact Josue prior to arrival, and my pre-arrival request was met when we arrived and found our request in the fridge! We were a very late (or early!) arrival, 3am! Key was exactly where he said it would be, and he left the lights on for us. The Medalla hit the spot upon arrival! Each night was spent on the patio enjoying the view of the city. For just my son and I, "My Place" is perfect. I'm five minutes from anywhere I want to be. Visits to Puerto Rico are never long enough, but I know I always have a place to stay that is comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. As always, thank you Josue for being a great host and good friend!

Lisa was a wonderful host. This was not just an investment property. This was also her sanctuary and it shows with her personal details, such as pet photos on the walls and cute decor. The view was my favorite. Every morning we would have our coffee on the lanai and then end our evening there with cocktails watching the moon rise. We weren't able to swim in the ocean due to red flag high surf and an insane amount of seaweed, but I think that it probably unique to the weather and timing of our visit. I wouldn't take points off for that. When I asked Lisa about local beaches, she was ale to provide some and even offered to face time for directions to some hidden gems. The place was clean and just like the pictures. No regrets staying here!

We enjoyed our trip with 3 adults and 6 kids! Rural surroundings but had everything we needed. The pool was very popular with us and kept the kids busy. The kids loved searching for lizards and feeding the neighbor’s horses. The sound machines in the bedrooms helped drown out the rooster’s early morning calls. The hosts responded quickly to our messages.

The house was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to big groups of people (lots of beds). The yard set up was perfect for both groups of adults and family time.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

I can begin by saying this place was clean, big and very peaceful! It was the perfect place to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand baby. It’s was very comfortable for a Family of 7 plus a toddler. They pretty much stocked that entire home with every thing you might need, especially the kitchen. Private beach was perfect and pool was great. My so. Loved playing his vacation playlist on your Sonos system around the property! Last thing, Hector was amazingly helpful, went beyond his duties to make sure our stay was perfect, and always answered our calls, or texts. After renting so many homes this was the first time we had a Maintence person available to us and treated us like we were friends for a long time! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything, we will be back and you will be recommended! Until next time!

This was my favorite place to stay while in Puerto Rico. It was peaceful, next to the water, and so spacious. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive in communicating for an easy stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico, I will definitely be staying here.

Ocean Pearl did not disappoint! Both the host and property were amazing and exceeded expectation throughout the duration of our trip. We were a party of nine and the house more than accommodated our needs. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed to "feel at home". The property grounds were incredible with so many beautiful plants, fruit trees, coqui and other wildlife. We really enjoyed the luxury of having a full outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area, we used both daily which allowed us to spend time together while enjoying the wonderful sights and sounds outdoors. Ocean Pearl is a 10 out of 10! We cant thank our host enough for allowing us the pleasure of staying at this beautiful tropical paradise.

Brenda's place was perfect! We came with two families (4 adults, 3 children). The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room, and the adults each had a room to themselves. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner on the BBQ and all being able to eat together at the large table in the kitchen. The covered area by the pool is fantastic. The fans kept the heat and bugs at bay, the kids swam in the pools for hours (even in the rain), and having a bathroom downstairs by the pool was fantastic. Each morning we would get up early, walk across the street to the closed boat launch/ beach and snorkle. There were lots of fish to see and two mornings in a row there were manatees!!!!! We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and a short drive to different sites we wanted to see. It was a great experience. Would recommend to a friend.

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

¡Estadía perfecta! La ubicación es excelente, justo frente al mar, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Tuvimos la suerte de ver un nido de tinglar, algo realmente mágico. El sonido de las olas y el olor del mar crean un ambiente relajante que invita al descanso. El lugar es hermoso, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. Además, fue increíblemente cómodo: ideal para sentirse como en casa. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente. ¡100% recomendado!

This was in a great place. My only regret is that we didn't stay here a few more days. it was clean, roomy the beach is literally less than a 2 minute walk. Our host was exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We like staying at Luis apt. It is well equipped and private.

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.
