Family-friendly vacation rentals in Patillas

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Jose’s home was really spacious and the patio was beautiful out back with great views of lush greenery. Places to walk out back. Sleeping was comfortable for the 10 of us that were there. What a great big TV room upstairs and when you open the shutters it was just beautiful. All in all we found the home very nice and relaxing and the location was convenient to San Juan. Some in our group made the trip to the city a couple of times. It rained off and on during our stay, as it often does in the rainforest, but even that looked beautiful under cover of the patio. The community pool is close by, and is nice and large, but I do have to say that it wasn’t that clean on the day we went. Jose was a very responsive and communicative host from time of booking till we left. We had some questions while we were there and he answered almost instantly every time. Thank you Jose for providing a good place for our family to have time together.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Our group of 6 loved staying here. Cyrus was a wonderful host who was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to leave our bags early which really took a load off since the sidewalks are so tight in OSJ. The home was stunning and the large amount of space allowed us to really spread out across different rooms and still maintain a sense of privacy from each other. The stairs to get in were a bit exhausting after a long day, but being able to go to the terrace and look out onto the water, or relax in the reading nook on the other terrace made up for it tenfold. I’m so glad we made the choice to stay here for our first trip to Puerto Rico.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Excellent place, very clean.

It takes effort to get here, but the property and village of Esperanza are worth it. Property is 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to a great beach, and the neighborhood and village felt very safe and welcoming. Great property - as described, clean, functional and great for our family of five.

What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

What a great place to stay! We were in town for 2 days and the location was great! Beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and safe building area! Kids slept on the hid away couch and found it very comfortable. The hosts were great to communicate with and were very helpful! Highly recommend this place to stay!

This was my second stay in Heydi's place. Both time we have had a wonderful stay. We come to Guayama to visit family and it's important to come with our two small dogs. There's not to many pet friendly accommodations and this one is perfect. Will be using it again in the future.

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

Exceeded expectations! close to pool, great views and a five minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again

This is a beautiful spot - Beach Village is between the beach and the golf course. We walked on the beach every day and sat on the back patio if it rained or watching the sunset over the golf course. The patio area was especially nice for these units because the AC output was not on the porch but around the corner on the side of the building. The villa was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. All the plumbing & appliances worked well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Luis was very responsive if we had questions. The view straight out the front of the unit is not the best because it's across the street from the back of the hotel, but we never spent time looking out there - the view out the back is lovely - that's where the porch/ patio is & the view from the living room. Overall, this was better than other Beach Village villas that we have stayed in. We had a great time & would love to go back.

Excellent location within the Palmas del Mar Resort, the beach, the tennis court, and golf facilities at walking distances. The apartment is in an excellent location within the complex, pleasant and comfortable. The amenities in the housing complex are excellent, clean and in good condition. The community is secure, orderly and respectful of neighbors. Ruben always available. I will return

We are repeat guests. We totally enjoyed our stay last year, we came back this year. The condo is beautiful and the pool is so close.
