Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Patillas

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

Excelent choice, great bed, but the terrace is the main feature of this lovely airbnnb, open all terrace doors and the experience is very unique in old san juan. Second time here. Recommended

Of all the Airbnbs I've had the chance to stay at, this has definitely been one of the best. First of all, I have to highlight Louis' service and attention, always attentive to everything from the time of booking. The place is close to many sights and close to many places to eat. The experience in the apartment was unique, a very nice clean smell, the kitchen full of snacks was something nice for us, it has a beautiful view of nature where you can meditate, have a glass of wine and lie on the grass and create your personal picnic. The apartment is fully equipped, it feels very peaceful and is perfect to disconnect from work, for a couple's vacation, or even a weekend of personal rest. Anyway, this place is in my TOP 3 places I've stayed at. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

This is a great, peaceful spot. A well- updated property that is comfortable and practical. There is a great big fenced yard fantastic for a family with kids and a pet. The nearby mangroves and beach are fantastic for nature-lovers. Overall, it is a great place for a unique experience on the island.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Xavier’s. The view, especially from the deck and primary bedroom, was incredible! For anyone worried about the drive up the mountain, I was in an economy rental car and had no issues at all getting to and from the house, even in the rain. Xavier was very responsive and helpful as a host. Would definitely come back!

Luis has a beautiful home ! The view from the second floor is amazing for sunrises and sunsets 🌅! My kids loved the space and the backyard pool it was perfect for sun bathing and fun in the sun !! Very quiet and private which we loved ! We will definitely back this summer for another stay !

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.
