Entirely separate house. Beautiful small in-house Garden. Very good location in the gated community. With 24 hr Security. Very Safe and 7 / 11 is walking distance just 1 min. Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

This is a great place to stay. It is private, quiet, and spacious. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The internet is fast, the shower is hot, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Definitely a pleasure!

The Location is a bit far from Bangkok close to Airport Don Mueang. very easy to get into and clean. Great AC and Shower had plenty of Hott water. 7 11 right outside. That was a Plus. Pool was nice just like 📸 and Gym great would stay again if back around that area.

Apple is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts you could ever have the pleasure of meeting: super communicative, friendly, detailed, and helpful from start to end. She definitely was the big factor in making the stay feel like a great one. 😊 The location is great if you need to be in the area. It was very convenient, especially with a 7-Eleven very close by downstairs, and I never had any issues hailing a Grab from the apartment.

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.
