Sr Democrito and his wife were super attentive, gentle and always willing to assist us. I and my family received a lot of education, we still had the help of dear Democrito in the problem that gave the battery of the car, he lent us the pacifier to charge to the battery. The place is very cozy and beautiful, the kitchen complete with all the utensils we need, every house very beautiful and organized. The location is perfect, give to walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Super recommend the stay, without a doubt I will return again and indicate the location! ❤️

Yaná served us urgently because our previous host canceled the same day, and gave us all the support we needed! The location of the ap is perfect, we just crossed a small corridor and we were on the beach. In addition to nearby markets, bakeries and conveniences. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and cozy! Apartment very nice to stay, well equipped, the floor was a little dirty when we arrived, but for us it made no difference. i didn't really like the beach that was nearby. How we were by car we went in others. Jorge is an excellent host, quickly answered all my questions and even started places for us.

Great location and view. Easy 3 minute street or beach walk to the center of Maragogi. Excellent view of palm trees and beach. Very large walkable balcony.

I loved staying at Bruno's place. The place is close to everything and practically on the beach block. Well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning working super well. Bruno and his host Nildo were super gentle with regard to Check In, they even allowed check in before the time. I will return and indicate the space.

The house is great. Super familiar atmosphere and location. We went with the elderly and young children, it was a great 18-day experience for everyone. We were welcomed by Antonio, always proactive in local communications and tips. The housekeeper Amaro is loved, a super special person. We felt at home very well accommodated and wonderful beds. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet for hiking, and beautiful sunrise and sunset. We'll be back!

Our experience at Casa Sun Milagres was great. From the first contact, Host Barbara demonstrated extreme attention and hospitality for our stay. The house is comfortable, well decorated and with a super cosy energy. The location is otima, allowing easy access to the natural beauties of the region. Every detail was thought out with affection, and it makes you feel at home. And you can also count on Eduarda and its quitutes and Thiago that places and removes the beach structure if you want to.

House is exactly like in the Photos, beautiful, big, accommodated super well 7 guests. Well-equipped, it had everything we need for cooking or hygiene. The access to the beach, although close by, is very rustic but quiet to arrive. There is the Pousada do Marceneiro next door that you can have lunch and close access, along the beach, to a kiosk with food, drink and umbrellas. It's a very quiet place, without much to do, however, I think this is a feature of São Miguel. From negative points I could say that the access to the inn is a little confusing and the street that arrives at the house is bad, full of holes, as it rained, made mud, a lot of trash in the middle of the street and in the backyards next door. Some beach chairs were broken.

The stay is exactly same as described in pictures . All the kitchen appliances and utensils are very good quality. swimming pool is very big. rooms and bedding are very comfortable. There is nice restaurants in few kms specially I am vegetarian so I don't find veg option very easily but there is restaurant pizza mia restaurant which is with lot of veg and vegan options. Small supermarket are in walking distance, to visit some beaches after Japartinga we need to take boat which charge around 24 Reais and it's quick it is very well organized so we did not find any problem to visit with car all the places and beaches around. Overall it was perfect stay for us. I definitely recommend this stay for your vacation.

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.

Really great place to stay

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

Local mto cool, very private, air-conditioning, very important in the region, works super well, super-equipped kitchen, various utensils available, easy communication, ease of checkin and checkout is a convenience, super hot beach for bath, super helpful hosts

A very beautiful place, the apartment has a tasteful decoration and is in a charming condominium, despite having buildings taking place in new phases of the development. But that doesn't hurt and didn't bother us. Back rs rs rs!

Thacio E Thais' apartment is really excellent! Novinho, furnished and tastefully decorated in an unbeatable location. Highlight to the towels provided that look like a 5 star hotel. Always easy and active communication. Highly recommended.
