The place was exactly as shown in the photos, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We loved the beautiful view, and the amenities were clean. Everything we needed was provided, with complete supplies available. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Ingrid was responsive thru chat. Also, Ms. Wilma was easy to communicate to. The place was nice, clean room and CR. The building itself was located at the back of Venice mall and they have a back door going to the main entrance of the mall. Worth the price! 🥰

An incredible gem, so cozy that I felt right at home. I spent a week and every time I was coming back to the flat, I felt like I was really coming home. And the view... unbeatable! Breathtaking view of the city skyline from the balcony, gorgeous sunsets and also sunrise colors overlooking the nearby volcano. And Don himself is an amazing host - went out of his way to help me check in, super quick to respond and overall a genuinely nice person. Couldn't recommend his place more - and I *for sure* will look to book this again next time I'm in town!

The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

Ms Cathleen's place was as advertised with complete amenities with personal touches that's more than what other rentals provide. The ones we appreciated the most were: - Good entertainment system to spend our day - Very comfortable beds for 4 people - Available hot and cold drinking water from dispenser - Complimentary slippers and towels - For parking, it was more convenient to pay for a slot nearby the condominium which Ms Cathleen has smoothly coordinated with us Pretty much throughout the stay we felt safe and treated well as guests in this fairly new condominium. I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had fun staying there. What you see is what you get. The place was clean especially inside the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help to us. It has complete utensils and cooking equipment. The caretaker and the owner also responded fast to any of our inquiries. Will come back here again! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

Admin is friendly and responsive on our queries. The cabin is clean, homey, peaceful and aesthetic. Medyo mainit lang sa taas ng loft during the day pero sa gabi sobrang lamig naman. Mura na for its price na good for 16 pax :)kumpleto na lahat sa gamit kumot, towels, kitchen utensils, ref, microwave, electric kettle, also may kasama na libre kahoy for the fire pit. The cabin has its own mini pool but you can use also the public pool which is bigger for free. mababait din ang mga admin at caretaker they let us pick some fresh mangos for free. I will recommend this place

Stay reminded us why Airbnb could be a better option than a hotel. Ivy's place felt like a private luxury place that could be maximized if we had stayed longer. The swimming pool was great fun, and the pool table allowed us to try out billiards without any pressure. if we were to nit pick, the number of light switches was too much and hardest to figure out ;). We’ll likely come back if the opportunity arises. Ivy and family were great hosts. Thank you very much for sharing such as wonderful place.

It’s a home away from home, so far the best place i’ve booked in Airbnb. I will definitely come back. The place is a piece of paradise, having the nice view or sierra madre mountains. We saved money by bringing our own food, there’s no need to go restaurant since the kitchen is well equipped with complete utensils. We had our toasted mallows and grilled hotdogs in the bonfire, it is the first time for my son who experience the boyscout campfire experience. Super 360 great view from front porch till backyard. It felt like the karate kid scene in japan. Pool water is from natural spring waters with no chlorine. With comfy beds and clean sheets. The design of the house has farm in san benito feels. Caretaker is helpful too. We will come back soon one day is not enough.
