Our stay has been great. Ma'am Yolanda was very responsive and the caretaker, Kuya Rene, was very friendly. The location was great for us as the venues for the event we were attending are just nearby. The location was quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast was a plus!

Great place, clean and the breakfast is good. one point to note is that its not clear that you pay for extra drinks. no problem but its never nice to get a surprise bill at the end of the stay. otherwise perfect

This is my 3rd time staying with Ted's B&B and I always had a good experience with their service. The place is very quiet and comfortable, very perfect for relaxing and restarting. The food is also good and I was very happy that they are serving their food in the B&B (unlike before that you need to go to Ted's Kitchen to eat).

Good place and cheap place to stay in malate. Close to Robinson mall and walkable koreatown

It's a great place to stay for like a night or two, but the limited parking space makes it a bit inconvenient (though there's one nearby that's a paid parking space).

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

We had a wonderful stay! The Wi-Fi is strong and stable, perfect for those who are working at home. My kids enjoyed the pool and the aquariums. Delicious free breakfast were served. You may also bring food from outside or have it delivered. Restos, Mall and 24/7 convenience store is just nearby. Complete amenities, powerful AC, Netflix, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, hotwater, electric kettle, free mineral water, lots of towels, even toiletries are available. Staffs are very accommodating and helpful Highly recommended! We would definitely come back again!

Whenever i have my vacation, i always book this place because it is clean and accessible to any place you want to visit. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I just noticed that there's no blower anymore in the room and when we arrived there's no toiletries. But when i asked the staff regarding it, i'm glad that they provided us. Still,this place is highly recommended and will still book here in the future.😊

“I want to gatekeep this place!” I told Ms Rea flippantly during breakfast before we checked out. We had low expectations going into the driveway of Isla del Antoño since there was a bit of a drizzle. We were greeted by the friendly and hospitable, Ms Rea, and she lead us to our room. Our private room was clean and in pristine condition. The double bed had fresh sheets with a duvet. We had the best view of the lake and a shared balcony where we spent most of the time painting or reading books. It had a small ensuite bathroom with toiletries and towels so that you wont have to bring them. We were even shocked that the shower had hot water! Very apt for the cold weather. Wifi is available but expect intermittent connection. Breakfast was included in our package and they offer the usual Silog meals, overnight oats or a plate of fruits. They also offer lunch and dinner but you have to order in advance. Ms Rea embodied what a superhost should be! Thank you and we’ll be back!

Ms Sofia's place is a gem in Malolos 🤍 We stayed for New Year's Eve, and the outdoor tub was a highlight. The only odd things were that Ate - the caretaker, showed up about 20-30 minutes before check-out while we were still finishing up cleaning, and a random guy also appeared in the kitchen when we asked Ate to have the gas for the stove changed. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be back.

The place is like a hidden gem in Caliraya. It is very peaceful with beautiful view. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful all through out our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind from the city.
