Our stay at Anne’s Airbnb was perfect! The check-in process was seamless, and the place was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, from extra pillows and blankets to thoughtful touches like snacks and toiletries. Anne went above and beyond by checking in on us during our stay, accommodating an extra guest for a few days, and even extending our checkout time to 7 PM for our late flight. The complimentary cleaning service was also a great bonus. Anne’s exceptional hospitality made our trip unforgettable—highly recommend staying here!

Airbnb was amazing! Location was great and quiet. Place itself was clean and had a lot of provided amenities like towels, soap, kitchen equipment, etc. Heads up the lobby and elevators do not have AC so it gets pretty hot. The AC in the upstairs bedroom started leaking but the host was very accommodating and took care of it in a timely manner. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay. The host is amazing. Really friendly and accommodating. We were advised prior of the power interruptions in the building so we were able to adjust our travel time. Great price for the stay near BGC and the airport. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants nearby. Entering the condo is an easy self check in. I stayed for a month and was able to visit Kalinga and Palawan easily as well as exploring Manila.

Hosts are easy to talk to and they provide complete information. For its price, I say it’s worth it. The floors and room division are wood so you can hear someone walking and or next room. The shower is only cold, drinking water is filtered, toaster & microwave works, free pandesal and spreads hit! The whole vibe is a 10/10. Will definitely make this our favorite place in Makati and will always choose to stay here.

The place is so good. Stayed here for 1 week, so accessible to places. I also enjoyed their coffee and bread every morning. Check in and check out is just to easy. Ate Hermie, and the rest of the caretakers are so accommodating. Room is cozy.

I loved the place especially the amenities. Resort-Condo type living. The place is not that hot even though theirs no air conditioning. The view is well appreciated. For the ones using the MRT you can see Boni Station out the window. Hehehe! Maam Ada is so flexible with the Check In and Out, I really appreciate it. The hot and cold shower is a nice touch too. I didn't expect the coffee, juice, water and oatmeal thank you very much! Hope I can stay here again in the future. :)

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

very responsive host. I was transiting to Singapore for three days and had alot of baggage so asked them if I could store my bags there at the hotel and they agreed to store all 6 bags for just P100 per day charge. saved me a lot of access to travel to Singapore and back. very friendly staff and host. really enjoyed my stay there with my family. the rooms were very spacious and exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. highly recommend this. and will definitely come back.
