Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Yevelyn’s apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was strong, which was perfect for getting a bit of work done. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Yevelyn was also a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made check-in smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again!

Silvia place matches the exact picture! Stayed here for a week and one of the best unit I have stayed in Menteng Park! The view towards the city and Taman Ismail Marzuki is top notch and one of the highlight of my stay. You can just sit nearby the window comfortably and just people watch. The little touch of amenities bring out the personality of the room.Silvia was very responsive on the message and reply very quickly if I have any trouble or question! Definitely will come back and stay here if I visit Jakarta again!

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

I had such a lovely stay at Jessica’s homey place. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a nice and relaxing few days. The location was also super convenient and easy to get to. What I really appreciated the most was how kind and responsive Jessica was. Anytime I had a question, she replied quickly and made the whole experience even better. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!
