The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Large cellar on the lower ground floor. Two gardens with sun all day long. Fiber Optic internet connection.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
