It is a new construction from 2018 of more than 80 m2 on land from 600 sqf to 1290 m altitude.

The stone facade of the gîte is complemented by a slate roof and features multiple gabled windows. A neatly landscaped area with shrubs and flowers invites guests. A wooden fence and benches enhance the exterior, providing a welcoming entryway.
