This is a private and beautiful location with the on-site expectations fully fulfilled. The staff are friendly and efficient. The multiple entertainment areas and very significant fridge space and facilities ensured our birthday celebration weekend was a smash hit for all. We missed not having a boat to enjoy the river more fully.

My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

Angela herself is professional and friendly. The internet can't perfectly capture the Art House, the Pont De Val ambience, the location. The house is a comfortable, clean and designed to feel like one's own home. I loved the chalkboard, where one can capture a thought or two. I give the house a perfect 10/10. Thank you for having us.

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this beautiful spot on the Vaal River! The place was not only comfortable and clean, but Linda and Andre were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. We caught so much fish, and they showed us the best spots to enjoy it all. The swims were perfect, the braais were fantastic, and everything about the stay was just ideal. It’s the perfect escape from the busy city—highly recommend!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible experience staying at the Bronkhors’s.The place was exactly as described (if not better) – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area next to the Vaal dam. Liezel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing clear instructions, helpful local tips on fishing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We decided on the honeymoon suite, and can confirm it's a wonderfully cosy log cabin for two - perfectly rustic, and peacefully quiet. It was a wonderful break away from city, with plenty natural heritage in the surrounding area. We're very grateful for our stay, and look forward to visiting again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Amanda was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our stay at President’s Place in Paris was absolutely perfect! The home has everything you could ever want for a comfortable and luxurious getaway. The main bedroom is incredibly cozy with a powerful aircon and a massive bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The splash pool was a highlight—big enough for everyone, yet shallow enough for kids to enjoy safely. The biggest bonus? No load shedding at all! Even with the aircons, fan, and all our devices plugged in, the power never went off. The TVs in both the living room and bedroom were brilliant, the bathroom was stunning, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a spacious fridge and an amazing ice machine—perfect for hot days! The location is safe and within walking distance of everything, making it super convenient. A huge thank you to Alfred for an exceptional stay. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

The place was beautiful and exactly what we needed to end off the year. The unit was remote and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The house is well laid out and spacious. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the lady who helped clean and tidy everyday went above and beyond.
