Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe. Stora sociala ytor som passar alla som vill njuta av ett fint hus i en lugn miljö. Beläget ca 15 min med bil från Göteborg passar det familjer som semestrar i Göteborg men som inte vill bo mitt i stan. Till Landvetter Airpirt ca 10 min Närhet till Göteborg med restauranger, Liseberg och Ullevi. Villan ligger i ett naturskönt område med närhet till badsjö med sandstrand och bryggor och Sjöholmsparken som erbjuder paddel, golf och kanotuthyrning.

Trevlig lägenhet med egen ingång i en villa. Modernt kök, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Precis utanför dörren finns en liten uteplats med trevlig utsikt över dalen ned mot Sävedalen. Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Mysig lägenhet i villa med egen ingång och utsikt över trädgård och skog. Passar dig som vill bo lugnt och naturnära men samtidigt ha närheten till stan. Promenadavstånd till skog och vackra strövområden, flera badsjöar och Partille golfklubb. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar (kan hyras för 200kr/vistelse och meddelas då i förväg). Pga städning ej fungerat har vi nu återinfört en städavgift så ansvarar vi själva för städningen. Möjlighet till laddning av elbil.

Stort badrum på nedervåningen med dubbeldusch, bastu och badkar. Stor altan med sittgrupp och grill, samt gräsyta för trädgårdslek och spel. Bokningsregler: Endast skötsamma familjer och vuxna över 28 år får boka på grund av tidigare skador och fester utan städning.

Dusch och tvättstuga finns i bostadshuset med egen ingång i källaren. Goda kommunikationer in till Göteborg via buss eller tåg. I vår trädgård vistas våra katter och höns.
