Wow, situated at the Hill slope over the shore line, in the midth of the hosts own plantation we found a full aquipped and spacy appartement with a marvellous terrace. Communication was precise and friendly and we recommend this adress for everyone who enjoys such calm and authentic place. We of course did so.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is excellent. Unfortunately one of the beds was instable and had to be stabilized with books. But according to Frederico and Lavinia the problem has been solved in the meantime. I recommend the flat.

Great place for a large group! We had 5 people in our group this trip and Michelle's place made for a comfortable base during our stay. The house had everything we needed, it was centrally located on the corso with easy access to parking, cafes, and the sites of Sambuca. We enjoyed our stay.

Incredible villa - photos simply do not do it justice. We had a wonderful stay with our children for an Easter break ( toddler & 2 teenagers- they loved it! Suitable for all ages ). Fully equipped and in perfect condition, we were greeted with fresh pizza and cake which we were so grateful for after our long trip massive thank you! Definitely one of the best air b&bs we have stayed in so far and will definitely return :)

Tamara is a lovely and accommodating host. The house was extremely clean and in a beautiful location. Balestrate is a charming town perfect for a relaxing vacation. We had 11 guests and we all had plenty of space to fit comfortably. Located near plenty of markets and restaurants with a beautiful view of the water and mountains!

We are a family of 5 and had a nice time! Especially the contact with Peppino was very nice! We got lots of helpful tips and he was always available for us. The place was as described. Very nice pool area! Car hire is required for shopping and restaurant visits.

The apartment is in a great location, with a Cafe at ground level and close to many restaurants and shops. It's a central Palermo location in a nice neighborhood with easy transit access to old Palermo, the beach at Mondeal, train to the airport, etc. We walked to old Palermo, 15-20 minutes as it's a great strolling city. The apartment is nicely decorated and private. One set of stairs and a new elevator when you need it. All the amenities were there, very relaxing place. Francesco welcomed us on arrival to ensure we were ok with the place and to offer local recommendations. He is very warm, enthusiastic and genuine. Nice to have someone to help with our first trip to Palermo.

Great Villa, very quiet, beautiful views, great condition. You need a car because it is a few miles from Montallegro but its in a great area. The restaurant the host recomended was very good, definitelly go and eat at Angio Restaurant.

The experience was wonderful. Cinzia and Sergio are two kind and helpful people and they welcomed us with great warmth and courtesy. The apartment was perfect, cozy and well furnished. The highlight is the spectacular sea view, it feels like you're on a ship in the Mediterranean. We will definitely come back and recommend the apartment to all our acquaintances. The space is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more little things (even a sparkling wine & wine to welcome us) We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We recommend the place to anyone who is superior to working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back.
