An apartment is available, which was converted from a larger building, renovated in 2010, and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden with pine forest and relaxation corners and which lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment. It is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches/lidos of the southern coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and from kite-surfing spots. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also the availability of transfers to and from Birgi airport (upon coordination). The property's surface area is about 50 square meters, consisting of a kitchen-living room, a functional kitchenette complete with dishes available to guests and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In a wooden annex, there is the possibility of using the washing machine and another outdoor shower. The garden, with pine forest, olive and citrus trees, is shared with the owner, a dog and cats, but for guests there is a relaxing garden corner, under two centuries-old olive trees, with deck chairs, chairs and a table with the possibility of barbecuing. This property can accommodate up to 5 people. After coordination, two bicycles can be used and a means of transportation is needed for travel. Very nice and clean apartment on two levels. From the large terrace you can see the sea. Great communication with Gianluigi and maximum availability for check-in. Recommended for visiting the areas of Trapani and Marsala and more.

The apartment is a small building belonging to the villa of Pietro and his family. It is very welcoming and well-kept, with everything you need! We had a great time. The location is also very convenient for accessing the salt flats of the Stagnone and the boarding for Mothia.

We had a great time in Vincenzo's place. Accommodation even that far exceeded our expectations, very functional and clean. Vincenzo of incredible kindness, always available to help his hosts, very helpful. He even took us back to the airport very early in the morning for our departure. She's an extremely nice person. Regarding the destination, very nice country , only downside is the cleanliness (very dirty city). Regarding the location, I advise you to provide a means of transport ( we have rented a scooter and it has its charm!!), we could see many corners around Trapani and Marsala but if you want to see more priority to the car. Thanks again to Vincenzo for his wonderful welcome and if we return to Sicily we will be sure to visit him!

Fabio is the perfect host: proactive, friendly, easy to reach and warm! The apartment is simply PERFECT! Clean, tidy, practical, modern and cozy. You have a parking space and a private garden with a terrace. We would have loved to have stayed longer, because we felt extremely comfortable. 🥰 By car, you can travel easily and visit many beautiful places and beaches. Likewise, you can reach Trapani Airport in less than 15 minutes. So: 100% recommended, thank you Fabio, you were a great host!!!:)
